Disappointed this was a $20 sandwich.
That’s a lot of bread vs the ingredients. Very little meat. Veggie coverage sucks.
Yes I ate it, but had to add my own meats and extra veggies to make it thick and filling.
Will not return to support this local business unless it’s made right.
Otherwise will go to the chain places where I can see and control what and how much is being added in front of me. And will start letting others know my review in person.
They have fallen far from that standard unfortunately. Barely any meat and ingredients not as fresh. The build of the sandwich used to be layered, thick, and neat. Now it’s sloppy and thin. Mostly bread. Really bummed they have lost their magic.
Coming from the East Coast, I’m picky about bread, but theirs was perfect. Honestly, I feel stupid for not ordering an extra full-size sandwich to take home!
By the way, I ordered chicken Amiga
The sandwiches are always perfect and use fresh ingredients. Staff are always friendly. Pricing is totally reasonable; I pay the same amount at chain sandwich shops and they aren’t even close to as good. I drive out of my way all the time for Tubs, I wish they’d open a location closer to Seattle!
I’m writing regarding an issue I experienced today at your Lynnwood location.
I ordered a chicken caesar salad sub and questioned the price when it rang up as $15, since I had seen a smaller size listed on the menu. I was told there was only one size available, so I proceeded with the order. I also purchased chips and a drink.
When I opened the bag in my car, I realized I had been given a chicken caesar salad, not a sub. I immediately came back inside to explain the mistake. Unfortunately, the employee insisted that it was my fault and refused to correct the order.
I want to be very clear: I asked for a sub, clarified the price beforehand, and ordered sides that would normally accompany a sandwich. I would not knowingly spend $15 on a basic chicken caesar salad when it is significantly cheaper at many other restaurants.
I was disappointed not only by the incorrect order, but by how the situation was handled. A simple clarification or remake would have resolved the issue.
I’m hoping you can look into this and advise on how this can be made right.
Shocked to see one star reviews and disappointment. I drive(often) all the way from north Lake Stevens just to get the California sandwich with garlic mayo. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and it’s my number one craving as well. It’s Christmas Eve today and my hubby is driving all the way there to get me a sandwhich haha
I wish they would make a location closer to home of course but until then I’ll make the drive every chance I get! Also maybe try to be nice to the staff, tip them, don’t butcher the sandwhiches off the menu and it would be a better experience for you?
