Highly recommend never using McDonald’s or this location. They will let you sit in the drive through for 20 minutes for you to get to the speaker and then tell you they can’t take orders. You tell them they should close the drive through and their response is I know. If you know then do something about it. It takes forever for service inside and they prioritize the drive through when they aren’t having issues. They are constantly forgetting items with orders. Cleanliness is very low.

I am honestly, very disappointed with the McDonald’s on Leopard right across the dollar general and the meal that I had received, for me I’m not a very picky person but when I ask for something not to be added, that’s kind of what I expect especially if it’s printed in black and white on my bag, and I am a very understanding person and understand mistakes happen, but for me to request a simple burger with no onions, and upon opening my meal, I was left with a ridiculously heavy amount of onions. I don’t know if this is a joke, but messing with someone’s food isn’t funny, especially if they’re paying for it

Horrible experience the other night. Day crew is Awesome, but night crew is another story. I ordered through the app for counter pickup, said my order was ready, but it wasn’t. The ladies behind the counter said they had a big order and mine was not ready and didn’t know who sent the “order ready” to me. They kept asking me what I was waiting for, but then would just walk away. I waited for 45 minutes just to get cold ugly hard food that my family had to throw away.

These employees at this McDonald’s are always super sloppy with their work and often forget things from my orders. Missing barbecue sauce is fine, but missing entire burgers and orders of fries is crazy. I had just ordered a order of a $5 meal, and they forgot an entire double meat burger. The store is pretty dirty too

went here with my mom through the drive thru and the honestly the food wasn’t good. The burger I got was wet and covered in sauce, and was literally falling apart and tasted weird. The fries were cold and wet and were also stale. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
