We just had the best experience at Jack in the Box! The service was amazing. They did better than most sit down restaurant in customer service and such a great attitude. The girl at the counter needs a raise.

Ordered the sausage croissant meal with the hash browns and an orange juice. The only thing edible was the orange juice that comes in a bottle. The hash browns were heavy with grease and the sandwich was also extremely greasy. Threw it in the garbage.

The tables and benches were dirty. The was some trash on the floors. The hospitality sucked. Looked like the hated their job. They got the order correct though. Probably will not go in there again. Maybe drive thru next time would be better.

I’m visiting from out of town and I came to Jack in the box. It was very busy and most of the staff was talking and playing around, as I waited for someone to take my order. But Ms. Marsha was the only worker that was on top of her game. She apologize for the wait, took my order and was very well mattered and showed alot of professionalism. She made sure my order was fresh and correct. Compared to the other staff members you can tell she actually care about her job and customers. If I was to ever come back her service would be the reason why.

This Jack in the Box location has really gone downhill. The staff is unprofessional and not friendly, and the machines are always down whether it’s the coffee machine or the soda fountain. They’re constantly out of soda, which is frustrating. Definitely needs better management and more consistency.

I had done a online order they had grease all over inside the bag from the tacos I ordered and through all the fries in there & forgot my syrup, & the hash brown was stuck to the paper and like they didn’t care. I couldn’t even eat my hash brown because it was full with grease. I’m not going back to that Jack In The Box!!!!

Came at 9pm at night asked for 2 tacos they say they didn’t have any asked for onion rings didn’t have any asked for chicken sandwich didn’t have any so then I asked what they had. They said just frys and burgers. Then I order a shake they brought out my food I asked about my shake and can I have some ranch they said they charge 25 cents for ranch and 25 cents fir any condiments.
