Let me start off by saying the food is great . The fries are salted just right. The place looks clean, friendly employees. Had to give the service a 4 star because I told the cashier that I don’t want any cheese on my order. So whoever made my sandwich couldn’t either read or follow directions. I am lactose, that’s why I didn’t want any cheese.

We’re not racist or anything like that, but ever since they brought a lot of Hispanic people into the kitchen, they just spend their time talking and laughing while serving. And sometimes it takes over 7 minutes or more just for an apple pie, fries, or even just to get served.

I put in an order for you to bring it to my car at 731am and onky because I had to be at a Dr appointment at 8am and your drive thru line was long and I was still charged and didnt get my food. I ordered on the app. I waited in spot 5 until 748am. I had to leave.
