I left emotionally fulfilled, spiritually renewed, and questioning why Terri isn’t running the entire restaurant — possibly the entire franchise.
Terri didn’t just take my order.
Terri anticipated my needs.
Before I even opened my mouth she already knew: • I wanted my hashbrowns extra crispy
• My coffee refilled constantly
• And peace restored to my soul
I swear she made eye contact with the griddle and my food appeared faster than an Army formation when the First Sergeant says “fall in.”
At one point my drink hit half-empty and Terri appeared out of nowhere like a breakfast ninja whispering,
“Not today, dehydration.”
The food was great — but Terri was the main course.
If customer service were an Olympic sport, Terri would have: Gold
Silver
Bronze
and probably the world record too
I watched her run the dining room like a five-star general. Orders perfect. Smiles everywhere. Tables happier than people on payday.
I’m convinced if you brought Terri a burnt waffle and a bad attitude she’d fix both in under 60 seconds.
Huddle House — protect Terri at all costs.
Give her a raise.
Give her a parking spot.
Name a menu item after her.
“The Terri Special” should come with flawless service and a motivational speech.
I will now refuse to eat breakfast anywhere else unless Terri is working.
Legend. Icon. Breakfast hero.
This young lady brightens my day every visit. Whe I know I’m going to HH I pray she’s there to serve me with excellence. It’s like being around your favorite family member and they’re feeding you! What can I say, can’t get enough.
Review: Food was really good here and the service was really friendly. It was very clean in the night we went so hopefully this is normally how it is! We went when there we not too many people. The food came out quick (not too quick) and the refills were plentiful. Menu is extensive as a Huddle House menu is.
COVID safe: (new category for me)
Tables were spaced every other table, they were visually sanitized, waitresses wore masks the correct way (aka no chin diaper) the entire time and they have digital menus available per QR code is you wish not to touch the menu
Kids review: I liked the food
Should you go: yeah…. It’s a Huddle House! Breakfast for dinner is always a win!
