After getting 2 recommendations from locals for the same sandwich shop i just had to try Tommy’s. I had the Banh Mi and it was really good. I will say it’s not the same Banh Mi I’ve had in the east coast, it’s different but still quite tasty! The vibe is like a 50’s diner but all brought up to date. Definitely give it a try you will not be disappointed!

We love this restaurant and have eaten here for 12 years. However, it seems like they have. We’ve been reducing the amount of meat on their sandwiches over the last couple of years. The last two times i’ve gone there. It seems like there’s about 2 of of me on the philly and the french dip. It’s literally all bun these days. Delicious, but you need to pay for double meat to make it like it used to be. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be going back since they charge a premium price, but give you half the meat.

Staff was awesome, but what the hell happened to this place? Prices are so steep for such a trashy restuarant. Awkward vibe, music doesn’t suit the 70s theme, the place is clearly falling apart. Old and cheap ingredients. Sub was made with a suggestion of meat rather than a real serving. Owner is abusing this place as a cash cow; no love or care. This place used to be a part of the beating heart of Morrison. People knew your name here, now they can’t even keep staff. Hope they sell to somebody who actually cares.

In the ninth hour, I decided to cater lunch for my bridal party and family using this store. And I am so thankful I did! They were so professional from the first phone call and their food was exceptional!! They made us a spread of sandwiches wrapped up to easily grab on the go. I got so many compliments from my bridal party saying how good they were. I am so glad we decided to hire them for our lunch needs. Ten out of ten taste and customer service.

A local sub shop with very good customer service. Loved the food And the menu is kid friendly as well. Most of all the lady who took the order was very helpful and gave a run down if the menu. Very good outdoor sitting. Best of all you can customize the subs to whatever you want them to be. A lot of toppings and they can be toasted or not. All in all should check it out. The sandwich was a little dry so make sure to get some sauce in it 🙂

I really wanted to like this place and support a local business, but the Italian sandwich was a major disappointment. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh—the meat was indistinguishable from packaged lunch meat, the bread was stale, and the lettuce was already browning. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich and ended up throwing it away. Unfortunately, it reminded me more of a gas station sandwich than something made to order. You’re better off going to Subway.

I have been going to Tommys for almost 30 years and through all the changes of ownership and location. It has always been my fave sub shop but this last visit left me disappointed. First off I was trying to reach the business to make sure they were open as the hours on their answering machine and Google maps are both wrong. Secondly I let them know they should probably turn up the heat on their toaster as my sandwich was still cold (I ate in house so ate immediately) and they just really didn’t seem to care. Not sure if its the new owners or the staff but I was extremely disappointed. I will try again next time I’m in the area so hopefully it was just a fluke.

Service is ok. Foods is awful. Been here twice bc it’s the only lunch spot in the area and it’s just not good. More bread than anything. Flavors suck. 1st time i had the bahn mi and was weird tasting. Def not even close to a real bahn mi. 2nd time had the “jerk” which consisted mostly of bread. Two thumbs way down. Colorado had some of the worst food and no one seems to have a remotely decent pallet…. And I’m from here. Also it cost $18 bucks for this sandwich chips and drink. What a joke.

In the middle of a food desert. Near the Home Depot off of Quincy in morrison. Tommy’s Subs is an oasis of deliciousness. The ribeye Philly cheese steak diabolically delicious. I highly recommend eating here!
