Forget the fancy spots and pull up a stool at this absolute gem. It’s got a fantastic, unpretentious vibe. You get killer views of the hockey rink from the tables, an awesome menu with huge, wallet-friendly portions, and surprisingly quick, tasty wings. The atmosphere is top-notch, thanks to quality servers and a delightful bartender who make you feel right at home. Don’t sweat the online ratings—this spot is seriously underrated. Come for the good times, good eats, and great people.

J.P. Mulligan’s in Pembroke Pines is a hidden gem and one of the most unique dining experiences in the Miami area! The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and Eric the bartender provided outstanding service—attentive, personable, and made us feel right at home. The Shepherd’s Pie was hearty, flavorful, and comforting—true pub fare done right. What makes this place really stand out is that it’s attached to a hockey rink, and I got to enjoy a live game while I ate! If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a one-of-a-kind experience, J.P. Mulligan’s is a must-visit. Five stars!

We had the chili and french onion soup, chicken tenders and baby back ribs. The food was served hot and very tasty. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Will come back.

JP Mulligans has been under my nose for so long and I’m glad I finally got to check it out. I went at 7pm on a Saturday which I noticed had a less waiting time than at 6pm from what Google told me. In truth, it was even less than that. I was seated immediately.

The service was exceptionally friendly. I felt right at home immediately. The drinks arrived fast and so did the appetizers. We had some fried broccoli for the table and it was delicious beyond expectation. My order was a grilled Mahi wrap which arrived at a reasonable time too. It too was delicious and the fries that came along with it were perfectly the right amount of crispy.

We left before 9pm and we noticed it was getting a little busier but still, the place seemed like it knew exactly how to handle “busy” and it maintained a comfortable easy-going vibe. A live band was setting up as we were walking out. I want to return soon at a later time to experience the live music and the late night atmosphere there.

Thanks again to the establishment and the staff. They are doing a wonderful job. I recommend this restaurant for anyone of all ages and I will review it further later at night when I do return.

This was a fun place to visit. I came for St. Patrick’s Day. It was the place to be. They had a selected menu to choose from. I ordered the clam chowder and the cheeseburger. Both dishes good but locked flavors.
The place was crowded and the service was very slow due to it. The place had a good atmosphere in and outside. Outside by the parking lot, they had a DJ playing music and tables. Everyone here was having a good time. This was the place to be for St. Patrick’s Day.

It’s an Irish pub. There are a lot of stools and beer. It is mainly bar food like sandwiches, burgers, chicken wings, and even pasta, but there are Irish classics like bangers and mash, fish and chips, and shepherd’s pie. The food was tasty, and the service was good. I was surprised that they have a view of the ice arena. We watched a game of hockey while we enjoyed our meal.

The appetizers were pretty good, but I didn’t enjoy my main. To be fair I ordered the Cheese Ravioli, which probably wasn’t the best idea in an Irish Pub. I’d be willing to go there and try them again.

We went to the Pines Ices Arena, and they are attached to it. They look like a very traditional Sports Bar with pool tables and TVs. You thought they will just be a typical bar foods. We were very surprised and was not disappointed at all. We first tried the French Onions Soup. Let me tell you something. It is not easy to make tasty and not too salty French Onions Soup. We have tasty so many restaurant’s French Onions Soup, which they are definitely the TOP 3. Yummy We also ordered Mahi-Mahi wrap with stir fry mixed veggies with garlic. You would never thought it was from a Sports Bar. The Mahi-Mahi was juicy and fresh. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The people were friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommending others. We will watch the next Heat game there.

We gave them 9.8 out of 10

Very nice place. Beautiful view for the ice rings for hockey
I went for lunch with a large group of people and they made all the food fresh. The atmosphere is very pub like with lots of TVs to watch sports. There is a pool area and archeide for the kids to play while we eat. The service was efficient.
