Back again to say the same thing! Old chewy food. Pathetic! The chicken here is always absolutely horrible. Its flat and dry and chewy. I want to like this place so bad because its the closest burger king ro my new house but man im gonna have to just drive an extra 15 minutes I guess. Ive tried too many times and its still the same. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. But fries were undercooked. Chicken overcooked and dry and flat. Rhe sandwiches and my kids nuggets. Need new management

This burger was super rad. I was so impressed with the high quality service. The manager working the front ran a fast, clean, and smooth store. I also was able to get a SpongeBob crown. I really feel like the king. I really had it my way today, no doubt. My only question is, will the king be present next time so I can be knighted?

The fries are always brown and gross withing my 5 minute drive home. Which leads me to believe they dont clean their grease regularly or change out their dropped fried every 8-10 minutes like theyre supposed too.

Went there today because I was excited about trying the new BBQ Brisket Whopper. The restaurant was dirty and the crew got the order all wrong, but the WORST part was the Whopper. See the pictures I am including, because it’s shocking. I am including the pictures Burger King uses to promote it, then tell me what you see: You can’t even SEE any brisket on the sandwich, even with the top bun removed! There are no “crispy onions”, the lettuce was wilted and skimpy, and it was drowning in mayo and a pale-looking bbq sauce that was sad and sickeningly oversweet. I can promise I will never go to that Burger King again, and I am forwarding pictures of my sandwich to corporate. For what these guys charge for a burger, you’d think they could at least give you better value.

Im a frequent customer to this location but I won’t be back for a long time if ever again. A gentleman down on his luck was waiting for his order, which he put in mobile. We offered to buy him something but he told us about his order. His order was for just around 6 pm. The head manager, whose name I never caught, told him to leave and even called the cops on the man. Now I don’t agree with how either sides escalated the argument, but the manager and even the employees called this poor homeless man curse worse in Spanish, which another customer even called them out on. They only laughed at her when hearing this elderly woman call them out.
He did order food. They said they never had his order, then said to throw his food out when it did finally pop up on the moniters. I am absolutely appalled at the way the manager and the crew conducted themselves in the presence of someone down on their luck! Absolutely shameful! This happened on dec, 5, 2025 at 6 pm. That whole crew who dealt with the man behaved very shamefully!

I don’t eat fast food often and was prepared for it to be gross. The people working here are doing a great job though. I came through while it was busy, and my food came out fast and was fresh. I hope the management treats these folks well, because they deserve it.

I had ankle surgery today. So, of course, I was hungry after discharge. My husband asked where I wanted to go. I wasn’t up to dining in, so I chose Burger King. I enjoy the Impossible Whopper, but unfortunately it doesn’t come in a Jr. and I knew a regular whopper was too much. I was also happy to see the jalapeno poppers back on the menu. I’ve been to this location many times. I have never once had an issue ordering a Whopper Jr. without the meat patty. Today it became a whole ordeal. The girl taking orders in the drive thru shortly before 2 p.m. became extremely rude and telling me that I didn’t want a Whopper Jr. It was crazy that she argued with me over what I was trying to order. Luckily, the assistant manager took over on the headset and took my order. I ordered extra mayo lightly, and extra tomato. I should have checked my sandwich then and there. I live 5 minutes away. I got home to a gigantic mayo mess!! I even tried to wipe it off with a napkin. That did not work! Guess the staff thought it was funny to mess with someone’s food!! Plus, I received the coldest and oldest French Fries and Jalapeno poppers! I wasted every penny I spent on my lunch. None of it was edible. The pics show the sandwich after wiping a layer of mayo off.

A Christmas miracle for fast food enthusiasts, Went there last night to get the Krabby Patty SpongeBob burger to my surprise it was actually not a tiny burger pretty good too. The staff were kinds and friendly the restaurant was clean over all I had a good experience
PSA : The cake for the SpongeBob meal was gone they replaced it with chocolate can’t even be mad about that either

Been here multiple times and have had my order mismade which happens periodically, however Today took the cake. Ordered a triple whopper with cheese and a small fry. While there was a long line, my fries were older than Jesus himself and I was given a double instead of a triple. Made an attempt to call them to inform them of the mistake, and its almost as if they leave the the phone of the hook all day on purpose. Literally called 166 times and have been unable to get threw. Unexceptable…..
