I stopped by Chipotle on Valentine’s Day thinking it wouldn’t be too busy — I was definitely wrong! They had a steady crowd, but the staff handled it really well and kept things moving.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted like it was just made, and the portions were generous! It’s always impressive when a place can stay consistent during a busy holiday.
Great job to the team for keeping the quality high even during peak hours. I’ll definitely be back!

Food is fine, but the staff/manager make it seem like they don’t want anyone in the restaurant. Almost like they get mad when you ask for a side or a add on. For the three times I have gone the girl manager has been rude and short with everyone like she hates her job. ZERO customer service skills!

Sadly the worst Chipotle in the Twin Cities is the only one in the vicinity of my work. I routinely have to wait 20+ minutes for my single bowl order. I order takeout all the time and can confidently expect if I were to order a meal for 4 people from a restaurant, they could cook and have it ready to go in 20 minutes or less. The fact that they can’t transfer precooked food from a metal tin to my bowl in that timeframe is such a disgrace.

Had to wait for chicken to be cooked, they were completely out of napkins, when I went to the counter to ask if they had more they did not! I was eating with me and my two children who are under the age of 12. I think napkins are pretty important part of their meal. Parking was a pain in the ……u know! I most likely will not revisit this location.

I would say im a fan of chipotle. I really like their bowls, as im obsessed with them I haven’t tried other menus from them but if you r looking for some good rice bowl then try chipotle. It would be great if they bring back their honey chicken bowl, it was the best ever when i had it in Boston.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Went here on September 22, 2025 and it was ridiculously slow. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing, except the guy making the food (who also seemed super annoyed by his co-workers). The line stopped for like 10 minutes just to realize it was because someone took that long just to get a sour cream bag. Once someone actually came to finish peoples orders as we all sat twittling our thumbs, she then kept checking her phone while doing so. Then once me and my boyfriend got to FINALLY check out, her phone rang and she picked it up to just stare at it instead of checking is out. Super un-professional. Then, to top it off, the food sucked. Worst Chipotle experience EVER! I will never be going back to this location. Horrendous!!

I love Chipotle. It’s one of the most consistent food options. Whether you are in California or Apple Valley you can expect the same delicious food in every restaurant. What puts this location above others is the people. They are friendly and greet you with a hello.

Nastiest, dirtiest Chipotle ive ever been too. They will not be getting another dime from me, we have lived next to this chipotle for 2 years. They always run out of stuff, their meat is dry, it’s always a mess, the staff has no idea what is going on. Absolutely fowl.

We thought the staff was really friendly, and they were generous with the portions of food that we ordered.
Overall the dining area was fairly clean, but it does seem to be a thing with every Chipotle that I’ve been to that a lot of the tables seem to always be dirty and you pretty much have to clean them yourself.
When I went into the bathroom to wash my hands it was a bit of a mess. There were paper towels spread over the floor, and it’s probably because there was no garbage can by the door and just a small one right next to the sink. I’m guessing that people grab the door handle with a paper towel (like I do) and have to try and toss the paper towel into the small garbage next to the sink.
