Great Mexican food with a large assortment of entrées. Wait staff is friendly and courteous. Parking can be challenging if you arrive after 6pm so go early! Roof top seating available with entertainment on the weekend.

Was in Athens for the evening and decided to order some Mexican food to the hotel for dinner. The menu options are incredible – tons of variety and everything looked and sounded great.
When placing the order, I specifically requested utensils as I was staying at a hotel and didn’t have access to forks, knives, etc.
The order arrived and the food was really great. Flautas were delicious, fresh and crispy. The cheese nachos were a little soggy (that’s on me for having them delivered); the flavor was spot on. Rice and beans – top notch. They even included a side of chips and salsa, which wasn’t requested nor was it necessary but they were greatly appreciated and very much enjoyed.
The only issue: No utensils. So frustrating. Owners – please, please, please, be sure to include utensils when people specifically request them. It’s the difference between an outstanding experience and a frustrating one.

The food is good quality, standard Mexican fare. My margarita was overly sweet despite being listed as natural sweetener (agave natural). Service was great and our waitress was attentive and fun.

When I say this place is good, it’s good. This Mexican restaurant is quick, fresh, and tasty. Great option for Clarke County. I come here every time I’m over in Athens, and every time I have a great experience. Highly recommended Mexican Cuisine.

Food: Delicious and made fresh and in-house. Service: Friendly, helpful, efficient, and our server made great suggestions which resulted in our stellar lunch. Price: Lunch specials are affordable and offer a healthy and satisfying meal….the margarita pitcher was a bit over priced however.
The most authentic Mexican food we’ve had in Athens so far, better than Sr. Sol and La Parrilla. We will absolutely be back!

All the staff was friendly and well-trained.

The chimichanga was delicious & I add chorizo which gave the food so much more flavor. We also got some chorizo queso which was delicious and I was super full from the chips and salsa alone. They also had a variety of salsas to choose from which was a very nice touch!

So delicious! Great Mexican food with a very authentic feel and flavor.
They are handling COVID well with all employees wearing masks and limiting inside dining while encouraging take out and outdoor dining.
I dined outside and got the Texas fajitas. Be sure to go if you’ve never been!
