A friend and I stopped in for lunch. We both had the lunch special Soup and Chicken Caesar Salad. The soup of the day was white bean and ham. Though the chicken was a bit dry, everything else was very good. Service was friendly and professional.

Returned for dinner with my friend. I had Spaghetti with Spicy Sausage. It was delicious, sausage moderately spicy, balanced by mushrooms and tomatoes.
Service was professional and thoughtful. Not too noisy so conversation was easy.

Pastinis is my go-to restaurant when I travel to the valley for appointments and shopping. The food is flavorful with lots of menu choices. The portions are generous. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is terrific – especially for having such reasonable prices. The only thing I can complain about is that there isn’t one in Newport, where I live. Go to Pastinis! Get addicted like me!

Excellent as always, their broccolini is absolutely amazing and you can’t go wrong with any of the main dishes. Wish they hadn’t put all the patrons in one corner/side of the restaurant as we felt a little cramped but that’s a very minor thing

Can’t take any Italian place seriously that doesn’t have a bar. No beers on tap – cans only. Server was unsure if they had real butter (they do). Had serious doubts at first but food was delicious.

I really like the food here. The Gorgonzola tortellini, butternut squash ravioli, and the Fusili alla Roma are all very good dishes. I also love the Parmesan bread appetizer. The braised short rib ravioli was a bit too rich so it wasn’t my favorite. The last few times I’ve been, its been quite busy, so service hasn’t been the fastest. But they are always very nice. I definitely prefer the dining-in experience from the take-away, since I think the dishes just shine better. This is definitely the best italian place in Corvallis that I’ve tried so far. Its great for groups or a date night.

Wow! I would be in trouble if there was a Pastini where I lived. The portion size was perfect. I ordered the spaghetti siciliano, and the mix of flavors was perfect.
My server, Madison, was equally amazing. She was friendly and quick to take care of me.
