The $9.99 burger combo is totally worth it — big, juicy burger, large fries, and a large drink. Great value and filling!
The $18 Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp was tasty and came with mashed potatoes, but it got a bit soggy by the time I got home and feels slightly pricey.
Overall, solid meal and 5 stars for the combo deal!

Haven’t been to Applebees in ages. It wasn’t busy and they only were seating the bar. The good came out hot and fresh. Staff was really nice. I had the orientalist chicken salad. Crispy chicken. Chicken over cooked but the salad is as good as I remember. The dressing is so good. Had a pasta dish with chicken shrimp and sausage too and it was good

We placed a pick up order. I ordered a cup of tomato soup. I’m pretty sure it was salsa. It smelled like salsa, was thick like salsa, and tasted like mild salsa. And I don’t like salsa. You would think you couldn’t mess up a soup order. And they got rid of their chicken dinner I usually ordered so my options are very limited now as I don’t eat red meat. I doubt I’ll be ordering again. Bye Applebees.

My husband and I decided try a different Applebee’s last night. We wanted to see how this location would be and if this would be our new go to spot.
The fries we ordered before we order our meals were served on a tiny plate, when other locations and our usual go to serve it on a large plate. We like to order our fries fresh with no salt. The fries tasted like they were doubled fried to remove the salt and they were luke warm; they were cold after 2 minutes of receiving them.
Other guests that came in after us received their food before we did. We waited 35 minutes to receive our food. Appetizers do not take 35 minutes to cook. We mentioned to each other that our food was most likely sitting in the window, we were correct. My husband’s quesadillas and wonton tacos were luke warm. The bourbon street burger I ordered was also luke warm and I ordered the waffle fries. For an extra charge of waffle fries, you’d expect a good size portion. My plate looked pathetic, only 6 waffle fries were on my plate and to top it off they were cold. After our experience here food wise, we will be going to a different location.

First time posting a negative review but don’t want anyone else to deal with what we just did.
The Good: Our server was nice.
Yup that’s it.
The seating host was acting like she couldn’t hardly walk, but then as soon as she left we saw her walking down the sidewalk like nothing in the world could bother her, so was it just a sympathy act? Who knows.
We got a kids menu chalked full of activities! No crayons or anything for our kid to do the activities.
We asked for waters to start. They brought us water, not our kid. It’s not like she’s too young and she’s sitting right there in the booth with us.
We asked for just a couple more minutes to look over the menu, our server didn’t come back for at least 15 minutes. That’s the longest couple minutes I’ve done in a while.
Our food was terrible.
We ordered Pretzle Pub Sticks. Not only did they look nothing like the picture. I get they don’t look like the pictures, but they were not even remotely close. They came with queso, and you could tell they had been waiting to be picked up for a while because the hard film from sitting too long had formed over the top when we got them.
I ordered the mushrooms Swiss burger. Asked for medium. It was so beyond well done it was crispy. If you can’t cook medium don’t offer a choice on a burger.
Wife ordered the chicken quesadia salad. Quesadias were gross hard and cold. Salad was terrible and super salty.
We also ordered a $10 bucket alcoholic drink. Yes it comes in a bucket. There is absolutely no way it had alcohol in it. Get more of a damn buzz off a white claw.
Overall the service was poor. We were there for an hour and a half from being seated to Finally being able to pay our check. Side note they have the little wireless readers for paying on the tables but they were all off, on top of that no QR code to just pay with your phone. So we had to sit and wait for our server to come back and pick up our card.
Oh, also the place is filthy. Dust on everything, lights (that are over your food), dust all over the window seals, and our table was sticky with what looked like maybe fingernail polish all over it. When I say sticky, you could pick your menu up off the table and it would make that rip sound.
Cost us $98 for 2 crap meals, and kids meal. The $98 includes the 18% tip we gave just giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe our server was new and that’s why she was slow.
If this sounds like your kind of dining experience then have at it. We will not be back ever again. And wish we didn’t pay $98 for what we got.

I recommend coming here! We were seated moderately quickly by nice staff. A pleasant surprise was that there were Kid’s Days on Wednesdays where a kid’s meal is 99 cents. They served us our drinks first, then about 10 minutes later, appetizers. There was a pretty long wait to get our entrees, but the employees were kind and tried to be fast considering how busy it was. The food was delicious and a nice proportion. When it came time for dessert, they told us that their freezer had broke and they were debating whether or not to serve us the ice cream we ordered. They did serve the ice cream, which was half melted. I didn’t think it was a big deal and they were very polite about it.

My wife ordered the bourbon steak and received a poor cut of beef that was mostly tendons. I received the double glazed ribs, which were so dry and hard that upon attempting to cut the ribs apart they flew off my plate and onto the floor. Fries did not arrive until we had decided to give up on our meats. Between bad food and poorly timed food with a total of 5 guests in the whole building I was shocked to hear my wife claim she was still charged because the food left the kitchen. So unless you wish to pay for bad food make sure its good before it leaves the kitchen or else they will expect payment even if you don’t eat. I ate 4 ribs from a full rack and my wife ate two bites of her steak leaving her food still on the skillet. I will never return to any applebees as this was me returning after 10 years and finding it has gotten worse.

This place is fantastic, picked up food to go recently. First of all, our food was delicious, but what really made this experience worthwhile was the service and customer care. When we received our food, one thing was missing. The manager tried to contact us after we left, but our phone number was not on the order. Upon realizing the error at home, we called back, and the manager apologized and took it upon herself to do anything to make things right including remaking the food and some dessert. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Mistakes happen, but how they handled the situation was phenomenal.

Giving 3 stars because our server was very nice and they were super accommodating of vegan options, but the food took about an hour to come out (all pasta dishes) and we were charged $3 to play trivia on the computer at the table (even though nothing tells you there’s a fee)

My riblets were cold but the fries were hot as hell. So I said something about my riblets. They took them back too heat them back up again. Which took forever. By the time I got my food back. My fries were cold my brother and he’s gf always had to wait for refills. My brother asked for mustard for he’s hamburger that took awhile. He almost finished his dinner by the time he got the mustard. Not sure if I’ll be going back to that location.
