It is fast food, not high on expectation. The chicken sandwich was just ok, but with the phone app special (bogo), it is a great deal.
Update 8/9/21
Due to worker shortage, the dinner room may not be opened, may have to drive/walk up to the drive thru window for your order. This time, the coffee is not full, on another time, no hot coffee, they have to give me ice coffee but that thing is thick as mud.

This location is horrible. I have been in this line for 18 minutes. They always get my order incorrect. If I am lucky, me and my family are only missing 2 burgers instead of 3 burgers and cheese fries. This is unacceptable. I walk in during the day and the employees are playing around, laughing, and being unprofessional.
That 18 minutes has turned into 25 mins, I am still in the drive the drive thru waiting to order

Love Wendy’s, but I tried to go inside and the doors were locked. a team member was outside in the salon, and quickly walked back to the kitchen, another one behind the counter saw me, but they both kept the dining doors locked. What’s the point of “staying open until 10p” for in dining, when your own employees lock before hand?

This is an odd Wendy’s. It’s updated but all the decorations are falling off the walls and taped up to fix them. The dining room is half empty of furniture. It’s hot in the restaurant. I ordered my food online and still took over 10 minutes to wait. The staff were nice but just took a long time.

Went here to redeem a free chili and also added a jr. Bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was fine no complaints there. Chili was ice cold and the cracker were stale. I guess you get punished here for using free rewards. The chili is literally my favorite part.

Order wasn’t completed I was missing fries and everything that went on my wife’s salad. My salad was in the same paper bag as my burger and handed to me like the bag didn’t have a salad in it. Go back in to get my stuff and about 5 times I had to say not a taco salad it was an apple pecan salad. Finally get home take a bite of my burger and it wasn’t cooked all the the way pic included.

First off the ac is broken or something because it was extremely hot in the lobby. The employees do NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS at this location. Very unprofessional staff, establishment has ceiling tiles missing with lights hanging and black mold in the ceiling tiles in front of the food pick up in the ceiling tiles.

I ordered online at this store and picked up my food through the drive thru. When I got to the window the girl opened the window and she stuck her arm out with my drink never looking at me or saying a word. She was deeply engrossed in a conversation with other employees. I waited a short time for my food at which time I had asked for ketchup , which seemed to bother her because she was still having her conversation with other employees and did give my food to me, she just stuck her arm out reaching to give my food to me avoiding having to even look my t I thanked her she just said in a very muffled yeah and again it I seemed to be a bother because she had to do her job. I definitely will not return to this Wendy’s.

Order was incorrect and then when receipt was handed to Alexis and the manager and trying to explain that my sandwich had sausage instead of bacon and missing a fry the staff started arguing with me. They were very insisted that they were right and I was wrong and finally after minutes of arguing they said “you are correct”. I do NOT recommend this Restaurant at all. I hope someone reads this post and give these ladies the training they need to handle situations and teach them to talk to customer with respect!! Very embarrassed of this Wendy’s but proud my home town Wendy’s treat their customers with RESPECT!!
