Atmosphere is a 4 because it was cold i. The restaurant and drafty.
Food was hot and yummy. Got the broccoli and cheese soup. Then the chicken parmesan and pasta. These are lunch portions and large for the money. We’ll worth the visit.
Loved the waitress, she’s great.

Totally inconsistant. A couple of weeks ago we tried a Detroit pizza for the first time. It was delicious! Yesterday I got released from a week long hospital stay and craved one of those pizzas. I ordered a smaller one and tried picking my own toppings.This time it was a greasy mess. I barely got thru one piece. I tried to sop up the grease with napkins, but it had soaked right through the box. Puddles of grease. And they didn’t put on the toppings I ordered (paid for). We threw most of it out. Then it was too late to order anything else, so my dinner was a horrible piece of, I hesitate to call it pizza, and 2 fruit cups I brought home from the hospital. I really needed something to go right this week, but no. I still really want that pizza but now I have no where I can get it. Super depressed. I like Uno. When they are on, they are great. But when they aren’t, they are inedible. It’s really too expensive to hope they are on an “on” night and risk having to throw it out.

8/30/25 Uno’s consistently gets the 5 stars. They were under staffed and still we were seated in a quick manner. Staff was cool calm and collevtive. Got free cheesy bread on another great Uno’s deal. Sign up for the app. 2 individual size pizzas ,4 drinks ,two appetizers $70. Will chose them anytime I am in area over any fast food restaurant.
7/19/25 Back again…Stephanie and our hostess rocked. Signed up for the App got a free individual pizza with purchase (a drink). My partner got a buy one get one free pizza as well. 5 stars well deserved.
Uno’s Pizza is fabulous. Buy one get one deal got us to go in but the quality of the pizza had us blown away. My thin crust pepperoni was on par if not better than most non chain pizzerias. Wow! Staff was friendly V was a top notch server she refilled waters without interrupting and was informed on promotions. The out door seating was clean and had a great view of the basket ball hall of fame. Big recommendation super impressed.

Place is probably amazing but they are so short-staffed they cannot take care of customers in a timely manner. This is a management issue not a server issue obviously. It may be amazing but we’ll never know because we never got service.

I go to. Yoga class on Saturday’s and afterwards I get a Vegan pizza with my best friend.at Uno at the bar. The bartenders are the BEST. Sam has taken over Saturday and she is the best!!!!! We have enjoyed Kevin and are happy for him to have moved to a different restaurant as change can be a good thing! When we arrived today and Kevin was not here we were initially disappointed but Sam is an awesome bartender and server!!! Bravo to Uno for hiring the best and creating a work environment that employees thrive in.

Im not sure what went wrong but this place food is different now. The band was amazing. However had a hot steak salad which came out cold like from the refrigerator. And the waiter straight up said he watched them cook the meat..very disappointed.. and of all days on my birthday..

I must say that this have been the worst night that I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Bad night bad day because it was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was packed and the waiting area was also packed. So I decided to have my food for take out. I was by myself and came there after work. I placed my order according to the receipt the time said 6:06 pm. By the time my simple order came out it was 7:10 p.m. I waited over an hour for my paid food, and my order was wrong and I was missing an additional item. I didn’t realize until I left the establishment, and there was no way I would have went back to speak to a busy manager about the issue. As a waiting customer the service given to me what’s the worst I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant I patronize. I was even charged for a diet Pepsi that was part of the kids meal drink. The chicken dinner that I paid $20 for what’s overly seasoned in a roasted veggies we’re overcooked. I ordered two kids meals and only received one. And I’m very sorry that I waited it out to get our take out food, rather than canceling my entire order. I need someone please to reply back to me. I wind up throwing out both of my orders in the trash can. The kids chicken tenders and fries we’re extremely salty for anyone not to enjoy.

What can I say? These 4 stars are well deserved! Extra star for the live music, band was good! I have also had really good food experiences here! It is one of the hidden great places to go eat in Springfield, MA.
