My experience is horrible everything i attend. Both times. It will not be a 3rd. I asked to get 2 separate orders. The guys told me he can only do one order at a time. With attitude as if he hates his job. I have never heard something like this in a fastfood restaurant drive thru ♀️. Very disappointing

I ordered the Brkfst Jack Combo with SAUSAGE. As I bit into the hashbrown, I immediately had a pool of GREASE in my mouth. Before throwing away, I patted the hash with napkins and still had a lot of GREASE coming from it. Opening the sandwich, I discovered I had ham instead of sausage as I ordered.

Today was my third time ever being to his Jack in the box and I will not even think about coming back. The service was just horrible, when I went to the drive thru I had to scream my order because the man couldn’t hear me, and even after that he still couldn’t hear me so he told me to pull up to the window, when I got there he had a mean expression and I handed him a coupon and he started raising his voice at me demanding my name and phone number, even after I complied he was still mean mugging me and being rough with my food, after he handed me my bag of food, I asked for a water cup but he lied to me and told me the machine was broken, so I offered an alternative and asked for a cup of ice. He then let out a huge sigh and started mumbling something in a different language and just grabbed a cup and threw ice in it and handed it to me without saying a word and just mean mugging me. I asked for his name and he told me “Jay” but this was probably a lie to. I came at around 1:45 pm on may 4th, and he was a middle aged Indian man. Please do better and correct your mistakes.

I would like to give them a 0 if I could. Waited to order and the employees only looked at me and ignored me, never took my order and only took the orders on the drive thru. Saw me leaving and came behind me to give someone an order and didn’t say anything at all.

The food is delivered to you in very bad condition. The manger is rude just like the night workers. The red-haired cashier seems to give you the food. She is rude. This has been going on for many years and no one does anything to change the staff and improve the service.

This place is such a let down, i came bc there was nothing else open at the time and i rolled up to the window. I tried to order something and they said it wasnt available so i asked about a sandwich and asked if it had bacon, they said no, i said are you sure they said yes, so i come home and open and my sandwich is only bacon, i can’t eat bacon, and i tried to call and i got sent to voicemail twice, will not return and got robbed, unless you have no dignity left, do not come

Let me ask you this. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU SERVE TACOS WITH NO MEAT IN THEM?!! Went here on July 8th to order some tacos to go and when I got home and opened them up, ONLY TWO OF THEM HAD MEAT!!!! I circled them in the attached photo. On top of that, they looked like they were burnt almost to a crisp! HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE MEAT? THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!! I will be reporting this location to the corporate office tomorrow and will be sending them this picture. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I ended up going to another Jack in the Box to order some replacement tacos, as this location was not worth the hassle for me to go back to return them.
