This is the cutest and most darling little biscuit shop. While it may be a small establishment, they are doing big things! They are serving the most delicious biscuits we have ever tasted. While you can’t go wrong with any of the classics, we were head over heels in love with the biscuit that had the goat cheese, blackberry jam, and arugula. While the combination may sound unusual, trust me, this is THE biscuit you don’t want to miss out on. The sausage, egg, and pimento cheese biscuit was also a solid choice, but we still both preferred the one mentioned earlier. In addition to great biscuits, huge shoutout to the staff here. While the line can be long (just because the storefront is small), the staff keep the line moving, take orders quickly, and deliver food promptly… top that off with their great attitude and they have created a fantastic customer experience. Well done!!!

I had a weekend trip to Charleston. I buy these biscuits at the grocery store and was excited to see a storefront for Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit. It is small but there is a bar that holds 4 stools. I ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit with the honey on the side. Hubby had grits which he said were good. We ordered regular buttermilk biscuits and gluten-free biscuits to go. Friendly staff.

I was visiting Charleston and decided to try out Callie’s for a biscuit breakfast sandwich. This was the best decision I could have made. I got the sausage, egg, pimento biscuit and came back the next day for it again. I got to meet the owner and the staff was so nice. Definitely check this place out for an amazingly delicious biscuit sandwich.

Delicious buttery goodness! Callie’s biscuits are flaky yet filling, with crispy, crunch crust to it. I got the sausage, egg and pimento cheese spread. Yum!!
It is a narrow shop, so standing room only. One must stroll to find this hidden gem otherwise you might miss it.

The biscuits are made with just four simple ingredients, but somehow they pack in so much flavor. We tried a few things, but the standouts were the bacon, egg & cheese buttermilk biscuit sandwich and the pimento cheese biscuit—honestly, one of the best versions of pimento cheese I’ve ever had.
They also serve creamy Carolina grits in a biscuit bowl, which was such a cozy and delicious surprise. If you’re into cooking, they sell their biscuit mix and even offer biscuit-making classes. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Charleston!

What a fantastic little shotgun hole in the wall for some serious fresh hot biscuits with a variety of toppings. I was able to get a custom biscuit and it came out fast. Note there’s no seating in this very small space.

Awesome. Sent a big order to a friend whose mother in law passed. I’d planned to go to Charleston for 3 years…. But hadn’t made it. So I ordered for me…. And family. Almost as good as mine. I’d give Callie a 99 and me a . Only because when I’m making them I’m eating them… too many of them. Watch reruns of her show. Awesome sausage biscuits and sharp cheddar biscuits. I’m hooked.

I had the chicken biscuit with hot honey and added some blackberry jam to it. It was phenomenal! The biscuit was delicious and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Their jam is great as well and I’d highly recommend adding it.
I see some reviews complaining about the wait time – we just ordered ahead online and didn’t have to wait at all.
