Was there last night, January 19th at about 9:30 PM. Nobody acknowledged me. They were cleaning the bins and that took about five minutes and no one acknowledged me as I was just standing there waiting. Finally, the blonde girl with the nose ring asked me what I wanted. I should’ve paid more attention to how she was making the burrito. Because when I opened it up when I got home, it was a disgusting mess. A quarter size hole in the tortilla and all the filling had spilled out and was everywhere. What a mess! Does she really think this is acceptable to give to a customer?? I should’ve been paying attention to how she was making it because she absolutely would’ve been remaking it had I’ve been watching her. So, word of advice, watch them make your burrito because they think it’s acceptable to do a horrible job and to give you slop… She had one job and couldn’t even get that right. Maybe she should find a different job

Went to this location for the first time a few days ago. The man ag the front with 2 large silver earrings was rude, no smile or even saying hello. Asked for a tortilla on side and he pretended tl warm it and wrap in tinfoil, already knowing the tortilla warmer was broken. He was sloppy and unfriendly when putting the meal together. I sat down to eat in store and tortilla was almost fridge cold. Walked back to ask for a new one and he saw me and just walked away before I could say anything. Went to the other tortilla warmer for mobile orders and made a new one (so he clearly knew it was broken before). He just plopped it on the glass ledge and walked away.
Suspected he was just having a bad day so came back a few days later (on Sunday). There was a different team there.
The restaurant was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Every single table, bar none, had leftover food from prior customers on it, there were chunks of food and trash all over the floor. Literal piles of spilled rice and beans on some chairs and the floor.
When I asked if someone could help wipe down our table, I waited about 3 minutes and then did it myself. When someone finally came out, they wiped down about 2 tables (pushing all the food onto the floor) and then walked away.
Felt depressing and un-hygienic to eat there.

Upon entering the store this evening to buy a chicken quesadilla, I was one of only two customers. However, I was told that I had to order online, despite my assertion that I have always ordered in-store and it is a listed option. The staff claimed that accommodating my request would slow down the line, although there were no other customers waiting, prompting some employees to offer additional explanations. Disappointed ☹️

This place went downhill quick. Worst part is you ask for double meat which you are willing to pay for but they refuse to put the amount of meat you ask for. Can’t even do their job right. People that work there are a joke.

This place is disgusting. The tables are all dirty. I asked two of the workers to clean tables but never did. The bathroom was gross. It’s a total disaster. The workers have a “I don’t care” attitude. The chips were all burnt. Never again!
