The hospitality and management at this Chick-fil-A is unmatched! Me and two of my friends came in around new years and the kind manger gave us breakfast gift cards. We were back today and Ricky was so lively and made our day! We will definitely be back many more times!!!

So we drove to this location as it has been our preferred one since the one in EB is soo bad. Unfortunately this time this location failed. They gave us bad salads that we had to throw away as idk what kind of QC they have but you can see in the pics these are not fresh or even safe to eat. It sucks as I had this location as a my preferred one that I would drive 20 mins to get her and avoid the one in EB. Very sad I wasted time and money here.

This restaurant used to be our go-to for when kids needed a quick bite but no more. Placed an order, was charged and then checked on line almost an hour later to find that it had not even been started. Tried to call but it’s not possible to speak to a human. You just get an “Ai assistant” that takes your info and promises a return call. Well it’s now almost 2 hours post order time and still no call. They’re going down the same path every other fast food chain has travelled; too big too fast. They simply can’t keep up or be bothered to answer the phone. I, for one will stop calling.

Food is always good. Spicy chicken sandwich is the best. No complaints about the service & the one guy (Ricky) serving tables is the best. He makes you feel at home n ensures he doesn’t leave your sight until your happy n have everything you need. Ricky made our late night dine-in rememberable so wanted to give credit where credit is due.

We got drive thru food and parked to eat, while we ate for an hour we watch three men clear out cars from the snow. A younger co-worker just stood and watch a much older man struggle and when he did help he would give up and make the older man do the hard labor, this was extremely tough to watch! Of course this is all assumed but Please do better for your older employees to be doing such labor intensive jobs while someone young is just watching them do it and barely help them doesn’t seem courteous

The other day I got Chick-fil-A Old Bridge for lunch. This was my first time trying their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and boy was it a real treat! I ordered the combo and switched out the waffle fries for their Mac n Cheese. Both items ordered were absolutely phenomenal. I really did not for one second think that their Mac would be that good! Not to mention their staff is always super nice and welcoming. I would absolutely highly recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone looking for some amazing food and an excellent atmosphere! Can not wait to try their other options!

I got in the Drive-Thru line and after almost 10 minutes I had still not gotten to the one person who was taking orders in the cold. I eventually pulled out of the line and into the mobile app line, which had nobody, and simply drove away noticing that there were about 6 or 7 more cars before I would even get to the window. I haven’t been to Chick-fil-A in quite a few years and I guess it will probably be another few years before I go back after this most recent experience.

This location has been very efficient and I’ve been here 4 times now for lunch. The drive thru line may be long but they get you thru quickly. I tried their carry out option on the app my last two visits and everything went smoothly. Food has been fresh every single time. Had the Market Salad today w/ the zesty apple cider vinaigrette.
