The lady who worked with us was attentive and polite. Ther restaurant was clean inside, but lacking at several points. No napkins but a role of hand towels was provided at the order counter. Toilet paper was not in its dispenser. A whole stack of large cups were ripped/broken. Lids for the cups were not available at the drink counter. There were no toys for the kid’s meal, but the kind lady did give us frosties instead. The heart breaking issue were the fries. When did the natural great tasting Wendy’s fries go to a new style of fry? Taste was was far below what we expected. Wendy’s former fries often tipped our decision to favor Wendy’s over other possibilities. Not so anymore with these new style fries. Hope this Wendy’s get things straightened out. Corporate, please give us back the best fries!

Dont waste your time. Stopped by around 10:15AM on a Tuesday to find that dining room was closed even though they have a banner in front of building advertising an open dining room and the posted hours at door.

Never coming here again. This type of stuff happens way too often these days.

Waited 15 minutes with zero people in the drive through and left without anyone ever taking our order. I have been craving Wendy’s chili and we tried coming here yesterday too. Yesterday we waiting ten minute at the drive through window before someone took our order and they said it would be an hour and a half wait for chili. We give up. Won’t do business here anymore.

One of the slowest places I’ve ever been any time I’ve been here! Waited in like for about 10 minutes today to get to the speaker for them to tell me to hold which is fine but after I sat there holding for 10 minutes with a long line of cars behind me I seen at least 5 cars pull off and then I also pulled off, they only had 2 cars pulled up in front of me one at the window and another behind them. They need some help down here because that is ridiculous!

I was the first and only customer in the drive through at about 8 am. The drive-thru person was taking out trash when I pulled up, and she saw me and assured me she would come in and get my order. She walked into the restaurant, but I still sat for about seven or eight minutes before she came to the speaker. A different person came to the window to take my payment, and before I could even ask for my receipt, she closed the drive-thru window and walked away. So I sat for several more minutes and then she came back to the window to give me my food, and I asked for my receipt. She closed the window and conferred with someone on the staff, and then came back and said, “the receipt machine is broken.” I’ve worked retail before…. It’s probably out of paper and these new-age lazy good-for-nothings didn’t feel like loading it. All in all, I was very disappointed with my experience at this location.

I work late. I got the the drive thru at 11:30. just got done crying in my car. she said “the system is down.” okay? I’m also down, but only one of us is telling the truth here. I haven’t eaten all day because I’m grieving. my bad for wanting them to do their job?

ooooh here we go again. I was getting tired of the last Wendy’s so I thought “let’s try a different one tonight” Mistake once again. Mobile order, asked to pickup in store at the counter. Door’s locked. Great. Go through the drive thru, get food at the window…I should’ve checked the bag. Come home & my free burger I redeemed from the app is not in there. Forgot the straws & one of the drinks wasn’t sweet tea. I’m done. No more. I love Wendy’s food but if these days is just gonna be locked doors & certain foods being forgotten, I might as well save the headache & go somewhere else for comfort food.

If I could give a rating any lower I sure would. My family came in not too long ago today feb 16 and ordered to go, some chicken sandwiches along with other items.. come to find out they get home and their chicken is raw in two of their sandwiches, don’t know who worked kitchen today and don’t know who was in charge.. this is not something you should serve ANY customer whatsoever. And to top it off, both of my family members threw up their sandwiches!! This establishment here in Hoover has far gone down the drain, Wendy’s needs to find proper employees or shut down and make sure this never happens again to anyone else.

I was hungry me and the family.I seen Wendy’s got excited. the Hoover location so in my head I’m thinking this is worth the money. at the speaker i was rushed by a guy. He didn’t even ask me what sodas on my second and third order which was on the same ticket. three orders no dipping sauce no fry in one bag and I didn’t get a receipt. Yeah I’m never coming to this Wendy’s again.

It’s typically been a pretty disappointing experience. Last time I ordered a chocolate frosty, they handed me a vanilla, when I asked them about it they just said ok and ignored the issue. Apparently the chocolate was frozen? But I wasn’t even asked if there was anything they could do or anything like that. On top of that, all of the food was cold. This is just one of many disappointing experiences I’ve had.
