So I don’t normally do many reviews but tonight I was very disappointed. Me and my family normally eat from this restaurant once a week and it would definitely get four to possibly five stars. This time I wish I could give no stars we get the tray expecting two sides and the two sides together didn’t even equal one side!! I’m not going to stop eating here but I’m going to check my trays before I leave and make sure that they didn’t give me three onion rings and three cheese bites for two sides!

The food at Cookout is generally good, but on Saturday 10/26 at 3:50am, I came home feeling let down. My milkshake was very watery, my sandwich was messy and mushy, and the fries were cold and hard. It’s surprising how little some people value you as a customer. I work hard for my money.

All of the food was good, but only 6 cheese curds seems to be a bit small but they were good. The burger was one of the best I had in a long while and their sauce was really good. Not good enough to drink out of a cup with a straw but you could put it on everything type of good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back if I’m in the area!

Love Cookout! First time at this one. Aaron was our counter person. He was very patient and helpful with us. The food was yummy. Very clean. I didn’t use the restroom though.

This is is best cookout I’ve ever been to. The lady at the counter? I felt like I was at home. Got my food in under 10 minutes despite a line being wrapped around the building. My quesadillas are the thickest boys you’ll ever see at a cookout. They did not skimp on that beef, thank you God! Banana for size! Thank you for this moment woodruff road cookout!

Second time coming out here and definitely had a better experience than the first time. I came at a good time and the dining room was still open so I popped in and was second in line. The ordering process was cool and the cashier was very nice. The food came out okay! Overall good experience!!

Cook out could never get an order right .always give you an item that you didn’t ask for for. They are terrible in taking orders always rushing you to complete your order.They have no manners they don’t give you what you order they give you what they want. I’m always disappointed no matter where their location is. I called corporate a few times but it didn’t do any good..DO BETTER COOK OUT!!!!
