I ordered a #1, Soraya handed me old reheated fries within my order, so I went back of course. She asked if I wanted new fries… of course. She brings the new fries in less than 2 minutes. Reheated “new” fries. Again. This location has been messing up orders for while and the demeanor of the staff is interesting. Polite, but disassociated. Not going back. That was the last straw..

I recently had a bit of a ‘drive-thru autopilot’ moment at Wendy’s. I usually stick to the $5 Biggie Bag, but I decided to switch it up with the $8 version that comes with two Junior Bacons and a fry.
When I got my bag, I instinctively thought my nuggets were missing—completely forgetting I hadn’t actually ordered them this time! I went inside to let them know, and the staff kindly gave me a nugget order. It wasn’t until later that I realized my mistake. I tried calling the store to explain and offer to pay, but couldn’t get through. I felt terrible thinking I’d accidentally ‘stolen’ nuggets, especially after a brief confusion with the employee about the ranch. It was an honest mistake on my part, and I really appreciate the team for being so quick to help, even when I was the one who was confused!

I had the Dave’s double and fries. The burger was delicious, the fries were horrible. They tasted like they were cooked in old grease and had been sitting all day, which was surprising since there were a few cars ahead of me and the wait was pretty long; I guess I assumed the fries would be hot! I threw then away!

What a terrible experience at this location…
1st, I walk in an I wasn’t greet or told I’ll be right with you – No form of Acknowledgement.

Too add to that, the counter rep looked at me and decided to take someone else’s order after she clearly saw me 1st.

2nd, another worker made the drinks for my order, but stuck her fingers in my cup!

3rd I kindly rejected the drinks Doing my best not to call her out on her mess, by asking her for cups to make my own drinks….
Now,
In the process of giving me my cups, she again sticks her hands in the cups and hand them too me..
I kept my cool and politely asked for additional cups And I had to tell her why – YOU stuck YOUR fingers in my cups. Yuk!!!!

She had the audacity to have an attitude because let’s be honest, That’s just nasty!

4th my order was completely wrong, and on top of that they substituted stuff out in my order but did not tell me…
Now that’s just wrong and a great way to loose a customer… A long time customer.

Please take your business else where. Join me in supporting Chick fil-a.

I’ve had pretty decent service hear. Sometimes there were issues, but majority of the times everything was pretty good.

I try to look at the positives and understand everyday want to be peachy!!!!

While in the past I’ve had issues with the orders as far as things missing, and or not prepared properly, for the most part the team has been doing a good job despite those issues that I’ve experienced in the past.

My last visit about two weeks ago was fabulous!!!
You will see the salad picture from me and let me tell you, there was not a spot of Brown….

It was by far the freshest and best salad I’ve ever had… The salad itself look just like the picture….

Every place has it issues, but I still recommend this location…. And, trust me, I’ve been to one that I strongly will not go back too!

Please get a new young lady on drive thru on Saturdays . You don’t want to miss business because your employee rude and don’t know how to talk to people. People want what they paid for and done right . People can’t do right they don’t need to work .

I went for the number 5 breakfast I’m in drive thru and asked that they put the meat on the side. I would think they would make a fresh sandwich, but no. I went inside and showed them they just took the meat off and it’s no ones business, but I don’t eat meat so I just wanted an egg and cheese sandwich. They did accommodate and remade the sandwich. Then I to l d the drive thru girl she didn’t give me my orange juice finally a cook from the back gave it to me. It’s ashame people need a job and don’t want to work it kindly. Customer service was truly bad. The manager didn’t manage and need to retrain and understand why her position is important. It is more than a pay check.

Always the same you come through for fast food and you end up being there about 15-20 minutes the food is okay considering is fast food the service can go either way depending on an employee’s attitude
