Please REFRAIN from ordering at this Taco Bell!! My roommate and I, as well as other paying customers, were told by the manager to leave the lobby after paying for our food, even though we didn’t receive our orders. The manager said we were not allowed to be in the lobby, even though the door was unlocked and it was noon on a Wednesday! When I asked if I would be reimbursed for my order, the employees and manager became exasperated and didn’t give a clear answer before retreating to the kitchen and ignoring the customers in the lobby. I was upset with the experience because I was being ignored and thought I wouldn’t get my order or money back. The atmosphere was overall very unprofessional and unwelcoming, and the manager, who was a woman with bleached hair, was not able to handle the situation professionally whatsoever. My roommate’s and my food did eventually come out (after a LOT of waiting and being ignored by staff), but I’m disappointed to say it was prepared poorly. Every item was soggy, falling apart, and looked hurriedly made. Neither I nor my roommate will be eating here again.

No way should any Taco Bell be serving food that look like this. The Chalupa was undercooked, if that’s even possible and the Starry tasted like “Warry” (very watery). Please do better Taco Bell.

This TacoBell has never gotten a single thing wrong on my lunch mobile orders and they’re almost always fast.
Today I had to order DoorDash and I didn’t get a driver for like 30 minutes, and an employee at this TacoBell, named Reese, offered to have it remade fresh because they didn’t want me to eat it cold. I thought that was fantastic service. 5 stars.

this taco bell is my favorite in Lansing. Never had an issue with my order or bad service. Inside is a clean well maintained restroom done in closes at 8pm. Normally I get take out or delivery so I can keep reading and writing this is one of the few spots outside the shop or home that I can do that at

Have been here for 20 minutes, not one employee has talked to me. I placed an online order and I have been waiting this entire time as well as 4 other people who have been here waiting longer than me. I understand if it were busy but there’s been about three cars in the drive through line and everyone else just waiting. Don’t come here if u want fast food because it is anything but fast.
