Mountain Springs Saloon is one of those rare spots that feels like a hidden gem every time you walk in. Their tacos alone are worth the drive—fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had anywhere. But the real star? The salsa. It is hands down the best salsa I’ve ever tasted: bright, bold, and the perfect mix of heat and flavor.

The ambiance of the bar is incredible—laid-back, a little rugged, and full of character. I love the people it attracts, especially the crowd of friendly bikers who give the place a fun, welcoming energy. The staff is equally wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to have you there.

And let’s not forget Taco Tuesday. The specials are unbeatable, and the food somehow tastes even better when you’re getting such a great deal.

All around, Mountain Springs Saloon is one of those places that sticks with you. Great food, great people, great vibe. I can’t wait to go back.

Stopped in to check it out. Cool place, cheap beer, great atmosphere! Didn’t try food, just some beers. Bring your dollar!

I give it 4 stars for the vibe. Its 5 stars for what it is. Cool little biker bar up the canyon. Maria’s in the back for some decent grub. Cheap beers and friendly staff. Lots of seating I can see this place getting busy on nice days.

We love Moutain Springs Saloon. The service is warm and inviting and so is the fireplace. They have a kitchen out in back and they have daily specials. Tonight we had 3 tacos for $5 and meatball soup. So delicious. They have live music and events regularly, check it out!

Always a good time, never ran into any issues with the folks. Always friendly, food fresh and beer is cold. Live music and other events all year round. Does get cold, but unless it’s the dead of winter it’s perfect.

This is definitely the place you want to come to get away from the heat of summer and really, just to have a good time! My wife and I are Jeep people and so we love to come here with friends but I’m sure you can guess that it’s a BIG bike destination as well with tons of Harley’s and motorcycles of all types. It’s awesome that it sits right on the path of the Old Spanish Trail and the bar just oozes with cool factor with dollar bills plastered all over the walls and ceiling. Of course, this is a place to come and cool off with a cold one or a whiskey served neat but there are GREAT tacos to be had as well.

A very small kind of bar located away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas lights. You might drive right past it if you’re not careful. Once located, there is plenty of open parking with LOTS of signs (no personal food or drinks aloud). The entrance was a bit confusing, but they had once again a LOT of signs pointing you into the correct location. (YES, THIS MEANS YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY READ) Once inside, God is it freaking cool. There is so much to do, so much to see! Make sure you bring some singles decorated, of course, then hang with glue. If you didn’t bring a decorated one, they have sharpies and glue at the bar. The bar tender was so AMAZING, Candice (sorry if I spelled it wrong) from San Antonio, TX. She gave us a menu and told us to hurry to the kitchen before it closed as we arrived kind of late. I’m glad we did. The cook was a Spanish lady, very friendly. Fast with her kitchen, food was put quickly and HOT! The fries were perfect!!! My pulled pork was yummy, but I like mine to be more saucy. I just added some BBQ sauce, and it was perfect! Not to mention, they had $4 Whiskey Wednesday. Drinks were good as well, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

One of the best stops in the area. Take a trip from Vegas and stop here. They don’t have food but the building next door has good food. You can either eat outside or walk to the bar with your food that you bought from the nice lady next door and eat there. She had 3 for $5 Tacos during the week. Got 3 beef and 3 chicken. Very good and bread was what made it really good.

It’s rustic. Oldest bar in Clark County, NV and they’ve intentionally left it very 1913 rural desert. Some interesting history about several things if you want to ask and read a little.
