I order the Kung Pao and Noodles all the time. And this is NOT it. Everything is oil forward…I mean, it’s dripping with oil. The Kung Pao Chicken is so spicy it’s not edible and absent of most of the chicken. I tried to call to get it replaced but, no one answers the phone. Obviously no manager is on site. Usually my 1 year old granddaughter loves the noodles…she threw them back, refusing to eat them.

Long wait. Didn’t have chow mein which is what I ordered. I asked for chicken only and they pushed for me to get a different side. I chose fried rice hoping I’d at least get soy sauce with it. Nope. Very disappointed.

I work nearby here and go through the drive thru on my 30-minute lunch break. Frequently, dishes aren’t ready and they’ll ask me to park for them to make the food. Twice I’ve obliged and they’ve forgotten about my order; forcing me to wait even longer and be late back to work.
This last week, I’ve decided to just wait in the window until the food was ready. The first time I did this, the food was made REAL fast. Yesterday when I did this, they got upset, banged on my car window and demanded that I park because there were “multiple” nonexistent customers behind me.
I decided not to press the issue, and just pulled around to park. After 12 minutes passed from the initial point I was told the food would ‘only take 10 minutes’, I decided to walk inside so they wouldn’t again forget about me.
When I walked in, I heard the gal who banged on my window laughing and badmouthing me to her coworkers. I know this happened, because she stopped mid-sentence when she noticed I had walked in. She then was silent the remainder of the time I was there. In total, I waited 20+ minutes for the food to be made, because they had to make both the teriyaki chicken AND the super greens.
The manager Nhat was professional, but with a condescending and adversarial tone the whole time. When I tried to explain to him what I witnessed, he was quick to refute everything, but had nothing to say when two other customers told him they were having similar experiences. Nhat refused to give me the food for free or offer anything to make it right. He reluctantly gave me the corporate number but conveniently ‘misplaced’ my receipt when he finally did. Had to wait additional time for him to find where he had stashed it in his office.
I finally just gave the food back to get my refund and won’t be returning anytime soon. Highly recommend customers wait at the window if the food you order isn’t ready. Parking is a courtesy, not an expectation; especially when they abuse it.

This location seems to get worst and worst. Have not been at this location for a few months after horrible service and food. Decided to get take out drive thru with kidos. We spend 27mins in drive-thru line. Placed the order and upon reaching the window I am told they ran out of chow-mien. Had to wait another 14mins. Short drive home, opened our plates and so see for yourself. Absolutely disgusting taste, mini noodles, mini orange chicken bites (as if they were chopped in multiple pcs). Most importantly so disappointed that i decided to give them another chance. This location basically does not care doe anyones money or time. If you want Panda go to another location and save yourself a headache and time.

I bought gift card with $8 bonus offer and received my main grift card via email. That grift card had PIN number and able to use card. Then I try to use $8 bounds gift card but did not come with PIN number. No one at panda express knows what to do. I even called them . But they tell me to wait but nothing happen. Please do not deceive this offer, impossible to fix it. I feel like I am conned. Of course $8 will not effect me greatly but if I buy card because of offers then offer is not valid it feels like I was conned. Do not buy that gift card because of bonus offer.

I rarely leave reviews but wow has this place gone down hill. The last 2 times I’ve gotten food here both me and my son’s orange chicken were basically inedible, just under cooked and chewy and stringy. Also most of the other food is under seasoned and mushy. Super disappointing because this used to be one of our favorite places to eat, definitely won’t be coming back here anymore.

Their incompetence is unmatched. 3 times in a row horrible service. All onions in chow mein, heard they were out of 4-5 different types of food at 9:50. How are you out of food? Every single item you’re out of? I watched 12-15 people go through the line in the 17 minutes I waited in the drive thru window yet you took my money and didn’t have any of my order prepared…. Called many times and no answer on the number. Where’s my refund for my food I didn’t get? Photo’s included of the onions.

Ordered online. Some of my order they had to make more so as they waited for 1 entree they had the rest of my food waiting for what would have been near 30 minutes because once the entree I ordered did come out, they filled orders BEHIND mine. When I asked for my order to be remade, so all of it was fresh, I got an attitude from the MANAGER. The worker was happy to help and understood. The manager made it her business to refill my order and decided to be petty and give my son barely any food in a kids’ meal and then gave me mainly veggies in the chow mein.. what a joke, I hadn’t been going to this location for awhile and this just proved to me that nothing has changed and if anything it’s gotten WORSE.

As I was arriving the general manager was doing her end of day walk through, the restaurant was very clean and tho it was busy they were keeping people moving. I was there at dinner, they did very well. I asked to try the new drinks but the woman behind the counter said they don’t do tastes, but there was a label that said try a sample she did great regardless she gave me one for free when I told her. It was a very good experience, I’m glad I stopped instead of going to the mall one. (Which isn’t bad either I might add).

I was standing in line for about 10 mins and was next up until a couple (male & female mid 40’s) who had been standing behind me butted there way to the counter and the lady with curly hair working asked them what they want. So i politely raised my hand and said i was next, then the couple said ” Your so rude we weren’t going to order”. As i was checking out the same coworker was talking shit about me with the original customers. I honestly felt like I was going to have to throw down. Typical 82nd I guess. That new person shouldn’t be anywhere near customer service.
