I’ve ordered food from several of the taco bells in the area, but this one is my go to. My service has been great almost every time that I’ve placed a pick up order. I’ve only had to wait once for my food because of a technical problem with the press for a quesidilla. I really appreciate that they have not messed up my orders like other taco bells have.
The staff has always been polite and respectful. The resteraunt looks generally clean when walking in. the messiest place was probably the drink fountain because people have gotten soda on the counter.
The food is just normal taco bell so you know what to expect. I like the app for customizing my options on my food items. I’ve only ever had one problem with the app because it put my order through twice. I was able to get a refund after an employee infromed me of the problem (I had no idea they were making the order a second time) and explained that I could do it through the app.
The drive through is fast even though a lot of people use it. My recommendation is to do grab and go on the app. Literally zero weight time usually.

Ordered 8 tacos with sour cream, mini taco salad and a chicken cantina bowl.
The tacos had almost no hamburger, a drop of sour cream on most and none on the other, and no hot sauce we ordered.
The mini taco salad was exactly that. The bowl was stale, and had no beans and no hamburger and no sour cream which was an add on.
The cantina bowl had almost no chicken and it was grisly, no hot sauce which was on the order. ALL the food was Cold!!!
I give this place
This meal cost 35 dollars. It was worth 50 cents.

Food was cold. Was in the drive thru handed the girl cash, with the right amount of change and she drops most of it inside the window. Then wanted me to give her more money! Had to tell her “that’s not how this works you are going to have to bend over and actually pick it up off of the floor!”

Until writing this review, I came here probably once every two weeks or so. But i over the last several months I have just had consistently bad experience in regards to them shorting me things. If I ask for extra meat in a crunch wrap, there is still a minimum amount and the edges are either empty voids or only have a tiny amount of cheese in them. Even in the center the crunchwrap is barely a finge width in thickness. They also frequently give me 11 tacos in my party packs. I’m just over being shorted and usually on the nights I get fast food I don’t have the mental capacity to drive back and ask them to set things right.

Its like this taco bell and the McDonald’s across the street are competing to see who has the worst crew / quality of food. They gave me the wrong persons order and laughed about it when they finally opened the window back up then managed to give me the right food but no sauce. How am I still hungry after 3 cheesy double beef burritos you may ask and my answer would be because there was more tortilla than anything else what a waste of time and money I would it recommend going here for a long while let them retrain the crews and figure out how to be more professional in the work place. The owner of this chain should be ashamed of themselves do better.

I had a bus load of people ready to patron this establishment. I headed in to give warning i have a bus load. I stood at the counter and no one acknowledged my present. I politely walked out and instructed everyone to go to Applebees which is next door. I’m sure they noticed the bus in the parking lot…I’m sure the owner of this Taco Bell will be very disappointed in the money that was lost. Oh well, i wouldn’t stop here again.
