One of our favorite breakfast spots. Service is great and everyone is extremely friendly. My wife loves their home fries with onions, eggs over easy with the toast. Myself I selected all meat omelette with rye toast. Both were excellent, except my wife said her bacon was a little too well done. ( personal choice).

IDEAL HOT DOG. A place I’ve looked right past ever since I moved here in 87 because I didn’t want a hot dog. I went yesterday while working in a different location for my job, wanting lunch and my coworker clued me in that they have more than hot dogs. Its a diner! They serve breakfast all day so I ordered sausage gravy and biscuits with a couple of over easy eggs. So good! I’ll be back!

Used to come here as a kid. Just visited after not being in the area for 30 years. Still the same delicious chili Mac. We get the jumbo, regular or spicy with cheese and onions. Incredible value. Good service. A Toledo tradition!

This place is a hot mess I wanted to try their chili and ordered a bowl it tasted like regurgitated meat grounded up twice I told them I didn’t like it but when we got there we ordered food and the waitress didn’t give us ketchup syrup or butter for our pancakes we had to ask for all condiments I was a waitress for 11 years and i know how it is so we let that go but then when i wanted more water she came over and poured it all sloppy and wasted water didn’t put up a wet floor sign and didn’t wipe the booth either then the manager was very snappy when we asked could he take the chili off the bill it was just a question he told us we ordered too much food like really that had nothing to do with how his chili tasted because i would have took it home if I liked it smh I feel like he was really trying us I was a manager at Frisch’s big boy for two years and the way he handled us was very poor trashy customer service I will never go back

First time getting an Ideal chill dog, it definitely lived up to my expectations, so good, my wife ordered the marinated chicken sandwich in a pita, she loved it too, the waitress was very friendly, the food came out quick, we’ll be back to this place again for sure!
