Absolutely one of the best brick oven places I’ve been to in a long time, and the customer service was actually really amazing, especially considering my first time in the establishment. Very happy with my 1st impression.
Food: ♾️/10
The food was cooked to perfection! Everything I ate was absolutely delicious, super fresh and hot, and the ingredients tasted super high quality. It isn’t your typical run of the mill pizza and burger place, it offers much more than that!
Service: ♾️/10
The service was also amazing, all the workers were really nice, they offered some freebies to us. At one point, the kitchen messed up on my food and it got a little burnt on the edge (in my opinion it was better that way) and then they gave me another free pizza on top of that without me even asking. All of the food was super quick, and they even brought it out to the tables for us instead of us manually getting up and going. They definitely went above and beyond for my small party of people. Super amazing service, treated very well
Atmosphere: 10/10
The atmosphere was great, it’s a very BOOMING restaurant, but you can still have conversations. It’s very clean and tidy, even the restrooms! And overall it just feels like a homemade brick oven restaurant, very boujee and very nice!

EZ’s is underrated and often overlooked as a place to go for a wide range of food. I’m guilty of forgetting about it as an option, but in my opinion it is worth a try for everyone. This was my third time here (Sunday lunch) and my wife has been a couple more times. We came with a church group of 10, as we have in the past, and I have to say that despite the crowd that all arrived around the same time the EZ’s team got the food out pretty quickly and to their great credit it was not just thrown on the plate.
One of our guys got the 1/2 Rosemary chicken plate with vegetables, etc, and I was very surprised to see how carefully the vegetables and meat had been arranged and presented. I had the Poblano Chicken Sandwich and my wife the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Both were outstanding and the accompanying fries could not have been cooked any better or been any hotter. Others in our group ordered salads, the tortilla soup (recommended!), etc. All was really well-presented, hot, and tasted great.
As far as the venue itself? Don’t be put off by the worn look. It definitely needs a ground-up refresh to bring it up to modern standards, but I suppose the old diner look is part of its charm. Could be a lot better, though. Regardless, the food is worth it.
Bottom line? We have had nothing but great food and service every time we’ve been. Look forward to the next time we go.

EZ’S Brick Oven & Grill has been delicious and fast both times I’ve been here. I ordered the chicken poblano sandwich on both visits—it’s that good. I also saw someone with the Frito pie and couldn’t help being a little jealous. The staff is great: attentive, friendly, and quick. Since it’s close to my office, this may turn into a regular lunch spot.

I got a poblano burger, and the globano pepper was totally burnt. There was char all over the burger, so it tastes burnt also. And the burger was below medium well, and they didn’t ask me how I wanted to cook..

I went to the Bitters location on 2/19/2026 and we ordered the rosemary chicken with veggies, which my husband loves. I ordered the chipotle fish sandwich. I don’t know where they source their fish from, but I can tell you it was diabolical. The fish was paper thin like it had been pounded flat like a chicken breast when make schnitzel. I could have gone to Whataburger and ordered a fish sandwich for half the price with fries and a drink, and their fish is 3 times as thick! What’s going on EZ’s?????? McDonald’s filet of fish, even Long John Silver’s is thicker and less expensive! I wish I would have known I was getting flattened bait fish as I would have decided to order something else. I told the cashier about it, and she just looked at me like I was crazy, only muttered uh-huh, smiled and that was it. No apologies or offers to make it again. I have been to EZ’s many, many times over the years and this was just the worst. Thanks for making me spend my money on bait.

WORST DINNER PLATE ever received. Rosemary 1/4 Chicken Plate ordered. The smallest and driest peice of chicken received. Once the dried out skin was removed, was left with less than 1/8 oz of protein. I thought it was a joke. Went back to counter to question the size. Manager on duty just shrugged shoulders and said they were all like that. Asked if I could switch out to white meat 1/4 and was told it was the same size. $13+ of waste. Rice is rice. Bland vegetables. The focaccia bread was the largest ad heaviest portion. Don’t recommend. Will not be back. Was expecting better customer service or offer of refund to make it right. Nothing offered.

This place is a new fav. Great food with healthy options for a great price. They are friendly and the quality is consistent every time. A bit chilly because the ac hits every table so bring a hoodie or jacket if you get cold.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy with a lot of kids with parents. It was very loud with the kids. Because after the large group of kids left with their parents and quited down tremendously. We had the pesto pasta. It was alright this time. I’ve had it better the time before.

9 tables not bussed. Lady told me they had a shift change so they were down a person at 5:30pm? Come on EZ’s please do better. We left. Been a usually happy customer since the early 2000’s.
