I had an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse! The food was absolutely delicious — the steak was cooked perfectly, tender, and full of flavor, and the shrimp was juicy and seasoned just right. Everything came out hot and fresh. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while! Highly recommend trying the steak and shrimp combo — you won’t be disappointed!

Our hostess Abi was very friendly and accommodating. And our server Talen had a very sunny disposition and delivered top notch service! He was pretty funny too which is always appreciated.

My husband and I went to ax steakhouse to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary, and we sat at a booth in the bar.
We had the blooming onion, Wednesday steak special for $13.99, and the best chocolate cake that I’ve had in a very long time.
But true highlight was a service of Dominic as he was bartending, and had many tables he was juggling, but still having a smooth flow of service and food delivery times.
I will certainly be back and thank you so much to the whole outback team as the food runners were also very quick, which is great because I’m a fast eater.

The place was dark and nearly empty..should have been my first warning. Only visited because I had a gift card. Waiter was new and very untrained. Hostess was great. Food was deplorable, just got some chicken dish that looked like microwaved vomit and tasted just as bad. This is NOT the Outback of 20 years ago… quality was non-existent. Don’t get me started on the couple in thd booth beside me who thought it was acceptable behavior to put thier friend on speaker phone the ENTIRE TIME I WAS TRYING TO EAT MY MEAL!!! The scratchy, screatchy sounds of phone reverb does not make for dinner ambiance. Do better when you’re out in public people, your parents would be mortified

It had been awhile since our last visit and this time I needed to reach out to all the folks out there that need to hear this, Our waitress Sofie was amazing, she had a sparkling personality and just made it feel like home. We ordered our food and had small talk, food came… All good, but then my wife noticed that the burger she ordered was not right, she ordered it well done and it came to her rare, so we flagged down Sofie and without being a jerk about it, mentioned to her that this was not right,she agreed. we were at the end of our meal and she said let me take care of it and proceeded to take the plate to the kitchen. After that she came back and said I have removed this from your bill and would like to offer an upgrade to your desert, So we got the skillet cookie, which was by the way-Awesome! She gave us the bill and we had a gift card so she updated the bill, we owed $1.26 so instead of putting on our Card we gave her cash and a generous tip, She was really great and understanding of our meal and paid attention to the details. This location has had some bad reviews online due to over cooked or under cooked food-This needs to be improved by far, other than that we were very happy with the outcome and hope that management acknowledges Sofie for her wonderful waitress-ing.

The food was too greasy. We had the onion rings and wings appetizer. Wings were good! Then an outback burger and fries. Burger was greasy, fries were good. Lemonade was yummy. Overall, it was a good experience. Someone, however, forgot my side in my meal I ordered to go. I would like to add that our waiter Josh was very good, alert to our needs. Professional.

One of the coldest nights in florida. And when we went inside. It was even colder! Asked waitress if they could turn air down. She Stated she has already asked the manager. Due to other complaints. Air was on high the whole time. People next to us were also complaining. Some others got up and left. Manager came over and talked to us. Stated there was a problem with the thermostats. We were asking him to shut it off. He Stated he tried. Anyway food was not great. Steak was tuff. Won’t be back.

We ordered the large Prime Rib to share. It was very fatty and had no taste. We told the server and she insisted on
getting the manager. We said it was ok but the server did anyway. The manager insisted on giving us more Prime Rib. It just wasnt any GOOD Fatty and No Taste!!!!
The upgrade asparagus was awful too!!!
It was hard!!!
We didnt say anything about that!!!!
We paid and walked out hungry!!!

We had a great time! At first we put our name in for 7:45 pm but waited 50 minutes until we were seated but because of this they let us have a dessert for free. I ordered a full rack of ribs but it had some fat on it (quite a bit) but the kind and caring manager Joanna took the meal off of the bill. Our server Dominic was outstanding!! This situation and things that happened could have turned into a horrible time but because of the awesome manager Joanna and the terrific waiter Dominic, the whole experience was changed from an upsetting one to an EXCELLENT one!! Thank you so much to Joanna and Dominic!! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!! You guys ROCK!! We will be back! Thank you guys!!
