Long wait time (20 minutes) with only one other small party in the lobby, and on an off hour, so not a lot of people in the drive thru. The quarter pounder with cheese we ordered was raw. Straight pink and chewy in the middle. The server mumbled the whole time, and didn’t seem to comprehend what was wrong with the burger. We got it re-made, and then it was burnt. The lobby was a disaster. No ice in the ice machine. Didn’t get the sweet and sour sauce we ordered, and they refused to acknowledge my boyfriend when he was at the counter wanting to get some packets. Stood there for almsot 5 minutes in direct sight of the workers. Christian music playing really loudly makes it hard to enjoy the meal. Never coming back. Corporate needs to be better at enforcing rules.

I ordered a bacon QPC burger and it arrived completely soaked in meat juices, the meat was undercooked for my liking, and to top it all off, the fries were cold and the portion was incomplete.

Waited over 20 minutes for dine in order. At least three people were waiting on orders ahead of me and said they had been there over 20 minutes as well. Had to ask twice for a cup for soda that was included with my order. Person waiting for order after me was becoming with belligerent with employees because he had been waiting so long. I intended to have a quick bite to eat in the restaurant, but it wasn’t quick and I took it to go when I finally did get it. The service/staffing here needs attention.

Not my worst McDonald’s experience, but certainly not my best.
Came inside to an empty lobby, no staff anywhere to be found. Went to the restroom and the floor is sticky, like someone spilled soda hours ago and was just left to sit.
Fries were room temperature and unsalted. I love my McDonald’s fries, so this was disappointing. I asked for mayo on my double cheeseburger, but they flooded it. Daily Double was okay, although the patties tasted old. The person delivering my food forgot my drink cup, but caught it last minute, and I didn’t have to say anything.
The lobby needed some attention. As with the bathroom, there was a soda spill that had been left to dry along with random trash on the floor. Not a fan of the Christian music playing full blast on the overhead speakers either; something more neutral would be better.
Until these issues are corrected, I’m going to steer away from this place and recommend anyone else do the same.

I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s several times and there was always something off about our order. The past few times we ordered nuggets-they had hard bits in them and were cold. We also experience long waiting.

This McDonald’s definitely needed better cleaning.
If I hadn’t already ordered before I saw the conditions of the restaurant, I definitely wouldn’t have ate here.
Nearly every table was dirty, the floors were not only dirty but something other than water was on the floor making it very slippery and the caution wet floor sings were all over even in the bathroom, but like I said wasn’t wet, just dirty.
There were flys EVERYWHERE.
They didn’t seem busy the tables could have been cleaned.

The service is inconsistent and lacking. I got food to celebrate my service dog’s achievement faster than I did to get a cup to get something for me to fill myself.

Went through the drive through around 10:45 pm. The wait was long. Before I left the window I checked to make sure the order was right. It was for the most part. I didn’t check that the fries were not cooked completely at all. They took them out over a minute too early. They are oily and limp. That’s what I said. It sucks getting home just to find out the most important component of my meal was not cooked properly. I don’t know why they took them out of the fryer early. The car in from of us waited at least 10 minutes for their order. I didn’t want to go back as it was late and we were already in our hotel room after a long drive. Justin T was very kind and friendly.
