We went for breakfast on a Sunday. Based on other reviews, I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes, but honestly, they were bad. They had no flavor and only the top pancake had a tiny bit of cinnamon. The other two underneath had NOTHING. For charging double for this special flavor, I felt ripped off.
The coffee tasted really watered down. If you actually enjoy black coffee without sugar or cream, this isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t come back. It felt overpriced and disappointing.

First timer n I was super impressed. The waitress was phenomenal, old school service with smile. She remembered ever detail. I made a special order different from what was on the menu. Her service was so outstanding I asked her can I get a pix of her to put in my review. Then the Pancakes was so delious. Am not a pancake person. These pancakes changed my mind. The food portions are super. I ate on this breakfast 3 times. Definitely a REPEAT PERFORMANCE!!

Started getting busy around 9am Saturday morning. The food was great, and the waitress consistently asked if we needed anything.

We’ve been there several times with a large group and they are always ready to accommodate and always great service. If you love brunch definitely worth a try. Best pancakes around!

I stopped by Flips Pancake House this morning because I was nearby and feeling pretty hungry! A few months ago, someone recommended I check it out, so I figured today was the day. I ordered my go-to breakfast, Eggs Benedict, and it did not disappoint. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the hollandaise was rich and smooth, exactly how I like it.
While I was enjoying my meal, I couldn’t help but notice that most folks around me were having waffles or pancakes. Curious, I asked a couple next to me how their strawberry waffles were, and they swore by them, calling them the best around. So, as tasty as my Eggs Benny was, I think next time I’ll be diving into those waffles.
All in all, it was a good experience. The place has a cozy, casual vibe, and I’ll definitely be back, especially to try out the waffles!

Pros: I was going somewhere else, saw this and thought I would try. Nice inside. Friendly service. Excellent food. I couldn’t finish it all, and I can eat. The omelette was 2-3 inches thick. Pancakes were thick and fluffy. Very surprised. 6 cooks and they were putting out some food.
Cons: By myself so my hostess seating choices were the counter next to the register or a table right in front of the front door. Sucks when restaurants treat you like they don’t need single diners. Also the waitresses thought that settng their coffee cups in front of me at the counter was acceptable.

I went on a Sunday around 11:30 am. It was packed, but there was one table open for me and my husband. They have a large selection of breakfast items and a few lunch options. I had a Pancake Flight. I thought it would be smaller pancakes. It was not. Full size fluffy pancakes with strawberry, banana, and blueberries on them. Each pancake had its own flavor syrup as well as the fruit. The food was so good, I hated to waste any and stuffed myself with 3 big pancakes. If there is a wait when you go, stay and wait, it will be so worth it!

A little pricey but well worth the money. Large portions! Very good food! I got the Alpine burger. My 5 year old daughter got the kids chicken tender meal, and my mother-in-law got a Bacon, Tomato and Avocado Omelette. All three of us needed Togo containers!
