This is good McDonald’s when you compare what the valley has to offer. Its always clean. The staffs always been friendly to me. If I had a complaint it would be stop pushing down on a sandwich after its made. It smooshes the roll.
And after downloading all the fast food apps McDonald’s has the best rewards. This location has become a regular stop. I recommend this location for anyone looking for a McDonald’s.

Honestly the worst McDonald’s in the Valley. The staff is rude (called my wife stupid on the phone when they didn’t realize they hadn’t hung up). Wait times for mobile orders are always terrible. Ordered a pick up large soft drink and waited 15+ minutes before i had to flag someone down. The staff doesn’t even acknowledge customers who walk in. If you want to go to a McDonald’s go to the Village Lane one in Macungie.

This McDonalds has been going down hill for while and getting worse. Just picked up an order curbside and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 cheeseburger all with extra onion. Well they must have run out of onions each burger had about 5-6 little pieces you needed a magnifying glass to find them. The best part of the meal was the French fries we bought at Wendy’s.
Update: we went the next morning for breakfast never had any problems with that before and within less than 24 hours this McDonald’s screwed up again my boyfriend had a black hair in his breakfast sandwich found it in the last couple bites and neither of us had black hair. I showed the manager on duty and she looked at me like I was from another planet, told me to throw it away and I can get a replacement sandwich. No apologies at all

The family and I ordered the Kerwin Frost meals. Two nugget boxes and two Big Mac boxes. The food was fresh, the little nugget character toy was cute. We also got a couple of vanilla shakes. Yes the ice cream machine was working. The service was on point.

My wife and I have gotten sick on 3 different occasions. I tried to make a complaint with health dept. No luck they wanted receipts of the days we bought the food. Who keeps fast food receipts? No other way to contact Mcdonalds.

The food here was excellent. I’m not sure where all these one-star reviews are coming. McDonald’s has done a splendid job upgrading the atmosphere of their stores throughout the last 10-15yrs. They’ve included plenty of ways of ordering, such as in-person, on-screen, mobile, and drive-thru, and somehow they’re able to manage the workload. This location didn’t disappoint.

The woman who took my payment but didn’t even look at me. She just held out the device for Apple pay but was waving it around. I finally had to take the device in my hand to steady it so I could touch it with my phone. She gave me a dirty look like “what are you doing”. I didn’t bother to talk with her because she clearly didn’t care. Very impersonal. McDonald’s needs to train their employees like Chick-fil-A does.

After renovations, the dine-in became fantastic. There is a variety of high tables and traditional ones. Food quality is good. The playing area is still closed, yet a couple of touch screen monitors are locatedin the playing area so kids can play games on them. The women restroom is on the side of the playing area, where the men restroom is on the opposite side by the cashier desk. I recommend you check your order after you get it drive-thru because there will most likely be something missing; specially if it is a big order.

This is a decent McDonalds. I think they do a lot of training at this one. I’ve probably been going here for 20 years or so and it’s been pretty consistent. A varied mix of tons of employees over the years but it’s decent food with decent service.
