This place says they are open until 11 but don’t go there anytime after 10pm, the doors may be open but they are closed. I walked in at 10:08 pm today and half the menu was unavailable. No steak no carne asada, all they had was hours old dry chicken and pork which I don’t eat. The entire dining area was broken down with chairs on top of tables and nowhere to sit with main lights off so the place looked closed. Their steam table was broken down with empty pans just sitting there looking like dirty dishes. When I walked in nearly a full hour before closing employees looked annoyed that I had the audacity to try and get food there. Horrible experience they may as well just close at 10 and stop lying to customers saying you can enjoy a chipotle meal until 11.

Service was great! The lady that got my order was very friendly. I had to wait a couple of extra minutes for the hard shell tacos to get ready and she brought them to my table. I like the atmosphere with the more chill out music compared to the super upbeat music from most other chipotles. The empty table could be cleaner, but the rest of the restaurant was very clean.

Where do I begin, First, as I’m walking into the front of the building The patio area had chairs laying everywhere and trash was all over the ground, food bowls, drinks, etc. Next, I go in to order my food and see if I can get help because I accidentally did an online order for the wrong store which was in Wexford and was hoping an associate would be able to help me because the app was not recognizing my confirmation number on my email. I go to get my food no issue with getting my order complete girl was nice but, When I went to go check out already the girl was super chatty with the The associate doing the online orders and not paying attention to taking care of checking me out. as she was ringing me up I was explaining To her about my situation with the online order, and her response was “that sucks” And continues to talk to the girl doing the online orders. I was furious at this point. And just wanted to get my food and leave, And she had the nerve to be so concerned about charging me for a .10 cents for a bag!. I’ve never had such bad customer service. I love Chipotle. I go there at least once a week and I get great service from my local butler location. And Unfortunately, I have to use this location because it’s so close and convenient near my work but the service and it’s establishment very questionable for me to come back. On top of that now I had to pay for my order twice because I couldn’t get any help with the customer service on the app

I am disappointed with the portion sizes, why am I getting less food in my burrito but the next customer who gets a bowl gets an extra few pieces of meat. I asked for light red sauce and the manager (whatever her name is) poured an entire serving of hot sauce which was the exact opposite of what I asked. Everyone but the manager was helpful. Would not recommend this be the first Chipotle I’d go too.

It was dirty in there. It’s Thursday 2/5/26 .. 9:25 pm and the short foreign kid gave the guy in front of me extra free chips , scoops of free steak he actually turned the bin upside down and dumped all the steak they had on his bowl, extra guacamole and didn’t charge him extra, when it came my turn I asked for the same amount of protein that they gave him and they said I had to pay extra for that. Hahahaha , my first and last time at this location. Disgusting in there anyway, food and garbage all over the floor. Yuck! How about clean your store and treat all of your customers equally.

I ordered two quesadillas today, and neither cutlery nor a veil were included. If people are paying for this place, you should offer a service in return. You should be meticulous and meticulous about your work. What should we do? Should we eat the rice with our hands or put our tongues in a saucer of sour cream? I paid 19 dollars for a mediocre burrito. My chips were all broken, my queso had started to separate (or break as it’s known in kitchens), and my burrito with no guacamole had guacamole all over the wrapper.
I worked in kitchens for six years, and I know how hard it can be. I also know, these types of shortcomings are easy to avoid. Do yourself a favor, go to Taco Bell.

I walked into the establishment and the workers were blasting “ghetto” music and swearing out loud. I stood in line for 20 min just for them to say chips are online only and chicken only. Where the prepare your food looked disgusting. I asked for the vinaigrette and she told me “we are all out” when I clearly seen the container full of vinaigrette and as they gave it out to other people. Clearly this place needs some rules with its employees.

My family and I stopped by to grab some to go orders, and the food was good the toppings were fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the staff members were friendly. The only complaint I have is there were no utensils in the bin for customers. There were plenty of napkins and straws, but everything else was out. It could have been the time we visited the restaurant which resulted in the utensils being out of stock. Other than that, the restaurant was overall a good choice. I would recommend this restaurant.

I’ve given this place like 6 chances to get it right. The last 4 times I waited over 45 minutes for my online pickup order only to discover my food was not correct after leaving. I contacted management after the last time and they gave me a coupon for a free meal and then the store wouldn’t honor it when I went to pick it up. I’m now here again, against my better judgment. I waited an hour and 7 minutes before requesting a refund. They offered to make my food then but they could have done that 30 minutes earlier. I won’t be back. It’s also always extremely dirty in here. UPDATE: The “manager” who told me she would process a refund to my credit card did not and now I’m dealing with Chipotle’s customer service line trying to get back the almost $40 they charged me.
