Went to McDonalds ordered a 6 piece Happy meal with apple juice, the 2 Cheeseburger Meal with meat, cheese , pickles add mayo and Hot and Spicy with no lettuce extra Mayo fries to each meal was to have no salt had to pull forward and wait when they brought my order out my Happy Meal had no juice, the 2 cheeseburger meal had 1 cheeseburger and 1 hot and spicy bread burnt barely any Mayo on it. The hot and Spicy meal had little to no Mayo and the bread was burnt not to mention that the fries were cold and had salt. Tried calling the restaurant and of course no one answered the phone. So disappointed and the cokes were diet cokes

If I was the franchise owner I would drop everything and go retrain everyone at this location. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits, 2 hash browns and a Diet Coke. Pulled up to the window was told to go park because hashbrowns were not ready. Five minutes later a staff member brought My order out of the car and tell me what it was. Got home to find out. I was given the wrong order. I went back to the location and told them I was given the wrong order, they told me they were out of biscuits. It would be a while waited long enough to finally ask for a refund, I won’t be back.

I go here 4 to 5 times a week and get my coffee and the weekend crew never ever listens…I order a large coffee 10 creams 7 Splenda and some times a shot of caramel INSIDE. Because im driving . The when I say hey this is not right they catch attitudes. I really dont have this issue during the week its the weekend kids walking around with phones in there hand acting like they dont want to be there .

I don’t frequent McD’s often and I had forgotten how bad the food was. Hotcakes and sausage serves with ample amount of butter and syrup to put on lukewarm pancakes and lukewarm sausage. I think I was the first order of the day for that particular item and they must have been left over from yesterday because they were only half edible.

Needed some salt, so I went by to grab fries and a soda. The drive through speaker was not working right so I didn’t hear when the young lady first spoke. I then hear someone yell “are you using your mobile app?” I order and she snapped “drive around”. She was as dude at the window as she was on the speaker and acted like I had killed her favorite pet. The fries were barely warm with no salt and the soda cup was only 2/3 full with three ice cubes. Never going back there.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with a mobile app order, none of the employees said anything while I was at the window, except to ask if I ordered “this” and handed me some random bag. It took another 5 minutes before I had to show them my receipt to show what I ordered, and still didn’t have anything right. The “manager” was absolutely no help and copped an attitude immediately, even though I was watching him walk around just like all the other employees, shuffling food around and not knowing what to do. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

I ordered breakfast through DoorDash this morning. The driver was at the location within minutes. It took over 40 minutes for them to get a biscuit and gravy, chicken biscuit combo with a drink, and a sausage biscuit ready. The driver called me to inform me that my drink was on the counter when he arrived so by the time the food was ready after 40 minutes he asked for the drink to be remade due to it being watered down by this time and they refused. This is unacceptable and shows how lazy and unprofessional these employees are at this location! Do better people! If you hate your job that much then don’t work there!

Well not what I was expecting – did a mobile app order. 20 piece chicken m nuggets there was 16 nuggets in the box. We asked for Honey not Honey mustard which is fine and the girl was super sweet and fixed it. However, we also had a quarter pounder and this was RAW. I’m glad I pick my food apart like a weirdo and eat it in spacing…otherwise I’d be super sick. Completely disgusted though. Unreal.

If I could give negative stars for service I absolutely would. This I’m not even going to go into how filthy the store is. But if you actually want customer service or any service at all, I highly recommend going to a different McDonald’s.
