This was my first time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings. I have never been this impressed. From the moment I walked in the lady behind the counter was extremely helpful going over the menu. It must have been obvious that just was my first time there. Before I knew it the manager came up to the table and asked me if there is anything that you could help with. (All the other fast food joints should take note and maybe learn a lesson) The lady behind the counter suggested the honey mustard dip

We arrived for Veterans Day in 11/11/25 in Mattoon Illinois and the host said 15 min wait which was fine. In the meantime two groups of six came in and a group of three and were seated immediately in front of us. Then the host came back told us to give her few minutes to wipe off a table when there were probably 10 or more open tables already.

I was looking for late night food in the area and decided to try out this Buffalo Wild Wings location. The location in my hometown is generally pretty good, but I know they can be hit or miss elsewhere. Unfortunately, this location was the epitome of hit or miss.
Upon entering, the restaurant appeared to be clean and kept up, but I was confused on where to actually enter. There was a big sign advertising to-go, and I thought that was only the to-go entrance. However, this is the correct entrance for dine-in as well.
I was promptly seated but waited forever to get served. Just as I was ready to leave, one of the waitresses asked me “has he talked to you yet?”, referring to a waiter. Upon hearing that he had not, she took my drink and food order. I ordered the all-you-can eat wings, and I will say that the food itself was better than average for Buffalo Wild Wings. I also appreciated the waitress hooking me up with a refill of 12 wings instead of the normal 6.
In short, the food is good and the place is clean, but the service is really hit or miss and there seems to be a lot of sketchy characters dining here; lots of teen and 20 something boys who like to cause mischief.

Notice how the owner only responds to good reviews and ignores the complaints clearly they dont give a crap about anybody except those willing to make this restaurant sound better then it is
Worst service ever 50 minute wait time to get a doordash order. And that was for just 15 wings. Doordash support tried to contact them about almost 20 orders In a row with extremely long wait times an BWW didn’t even answer the phone at 7 pm. Their regional manager is getting contacted in the morning
Be forewarned extremely long wait times 30+ minutes for the doordash driver could get your food.
Brings up serious health an safety violations since I personally seen cooked food sitting on the counter not cover not in a warmer while orders times are getting longer an longer
Wish I could give them zero stars their boss on duty was literally telling people when they called in complaining saying their wait staff ain’t smart enough to put 15 wings in a bag then put a sticker on it an if they don’t like waiting cancel their order an buy from somewhere else. Then hang up an say to a waitress they ain’t canceling we’re the only ones who sell chicken wings then laugh

No communication between cooks and wait staff. Was given cold and reheated food that looked worse than dog food, and waited a 45 minutes for food before being told obviously not properly trained cooks staff lost my ticket.Wait staff was on point tonight but horrible back line. I spent 13 years as a chef and never seen a place fail so hard managers sometimes need to assist with food prep instead of sitting doing absolutely nothing.do your job or be known as garbage I would never serve the crap I received last night.

It’s a well run establishment. Service is quick and accurate even during the rushes. Large variety of beers available on tap. The food is on point for what you would expect from a typical franchise. I have never had any issues with the food being prepared incorrectly.
Counter service for take-out is top notch. They take care of you quickly and get you on your way.

Stopped in at Buffalo Wild Wings and had a great experience! It was an easy drive from Charleston, IL. The boneless wings were delicious—crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The staff was friendly and attentive, checking on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Great atmosphere and service all around. Will definitely be back when I visit EIU!

Third time at this location and the third strike for me! First time 2 years ago was dirty plates and poor service. Second time about 8 months ago, food was cold and wait staff were rude. Tonight I was seated and forgotten. Customer coming in after me were being service apps and I didn’t even have a drink on the table yet. Done with this place!
