*I did have the steak and not the chicken. But the steak was dry and chewy, the rice was dry and hard, the tortillas were wet and cold. The beans were really good though, and the chili sauce was nice and spicy. The service was non-existent, and it was another situation where masks were mandatory for customers, but the employees weren’t wearing them. Maybe their chicken is good, but I probably wouldn’t go back after this experience.

This was the best grilled chicken I’ve had in years. I went to the restaurant but they had a bit of a wait so I went down to the food truck and my order was already almost ready. I will definitely be returning. The beans were also amazing. You must try when you’re in town.

I only have 4 for “atmosphere” because I always order to go. BUT… they get my big orders right every time!! I’ll order 6 whole fried chickens plus all the fixings and 3+ pounds of Carne asada, and they never fail me!!

I’m not going to complain about the food too much. The chiken is good a bit dry, the beans are to spicy. The rice has no flavor. And the service is absolute awful … I have since bought my own grill so I won’t be going back. Sorry. Very poor customer service…

I went on vacation around March and we came across this restaurant and while there’s not much to choose from and Roswell as far as Latino cuisine I can definitely say I was impressed.
I have course chose the healthier option of spinach enchiladas and was surprised when he asked me if I wanted an egg with that which is kind of strange but I went ahead and said sure.
If I make it over here again I will definitely stop by.
