Today my boyfriend and I went to the Friendly Center location after a long day at work. We arrived around 9:47 PM, well before closing, but the service we received was extremely disappointing. The employee who helped us had a terrible attitude — it honestly felt like we were bothering him or that we owed him something.
Our bowls were barely filled, and we weren’t even offered basic toppings like beans or lettuce. For $31, the portions were tiny and the experience was awful. Meanwhile, the Cava on Wendover gives amazing customer service every time — we paid $13 for a bowl there and it was fully loaded and delicious.
I am very unhappy with my visit to the Friendly Center location. The service was unacceptable, and the employee’s behavior completely ruined our meal. As someone who also works in customer service, I would never treat customers that way.
I definitely do NOT recommend this location.

So I was supposed to do this last night and completely forgot. I had a long day and late night and rather than hit a fast food restaurant I wanted something on more of the healthy side. When I came in I met the most kind and helpful young lady who helped me choose the new chicken swarma !!! She was so sweet and did not miss a beat as I asked her so many questions about the chicken lol If you see her give her a shout out for me. And I’m so sorry I forgot her name but I have a picture

CAVA is just very unique. It has a pleasant atmosphere inside, it’s very clean and presentable, and they make you feel welcome.
The serving section of line is clean and well presented, clean, amd lots of choices to choose from. You can build your own dish, or can choose from a selection presented and readily available.
The staff and servers are polite, guide you through what you’re trying to select, and tell you about all textures, intensities, and flavors you’re intrigued and interested into.
Delicious food that’s full of flavor. I tried the seasoned honey chicken, and all the special delicate toppings and herbs with the rice and ibwas well pleased for my first time here since they changed from Zoe’s Kitchen.
I strongly recommend you give them a try and they will treat you well, as they have great attitudes and customer care.
I really appreciate Tyler as he helped me, amd made it super smooth and explained well. A great addition there.
I greatly enjoyed and liked the manager Whitney as well, as she was just a delight talking to her, and seeing her help and be a part of her team.

I go to CAVA almost every day. The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is really good. I love the harissa chicken, splendid greens, and yogurt dill. There are so many great options that you can mix and match.
I have to say, the staff is great and very friendly (no pun intended). I’ve been going there for years, and Rachel has been there since the beginning. She always finds a way to make sure customers are happy and leave with a smile on their faces .
If you come to the Friendly Shopping Center, it’s the only place I would stop by to grab some food. It’s like someone took the best parts of Chipotle, Chopt, and Zoe’s Kitchen and put it all into one

Today was my 1st time trying Cava, & I must say I loveeeeee it!! Omg ! Julienne Helped me decide on what to get, she was such a sweetheart & very patient with me… Thank you Girlie !! Great Choice, I will definitely be back, I called my brother overly excited telling him how good everything was, & I was impressed…. I’m almost certain A lot of my money would be spent here..

The staff was extremely friendly. I have food sensitivities, and they took their time to walk me through all of their options and the ingredients in their products. Not only did they not seem to mind helping me, but they were actually enthusiastic about being able to assist me in my situation. The environment looks very clean and healthy. The workers work efficiently and effectively and it seems like a lovely place to bring your family to get some very, wholesome food. I 100% recommend you eat here regularly!

The food is always great here. This is one of my favorite restaurants, and this location has never disappointed. The bowls are always prepared perfectly and to my liking. The servers and cashier staff are personable, welcoming, and present some of the best customer service around. Management and staff, keep doing the great work.

I’m not sure what was going on this evening, but my experience was disappointing. I’ve ordered from here many times before and have never had any issues. I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 9:17 PM, but I didn’t receive it until 9:29 PM. A friend who ordered at the same time didn’t receive theirs until about five minutes later.
The staff seemed disengaged, and there was no sense of urgency. I also observed a staff member drop takeout bags on the floor, pick them up, and place them under the counter to be used later rather than discarding them. Additionally, my pitas were wrapped in a napkin and placed on top of my to-go bowl, which didn’t feel like proper packaging.
There was no apology for the delay or the experience. I’ve had great service here in the past, so this was surprising. I hope you’ll address these issues moving forward.

Great experience for my first time visiting this establishment. I had no idea what to order, so I let Jules have full run of the show. He whipped up a fantastic bowl with tons of flavor and spice. Everyone else also enjoyed their dinners, pita chips, and fun drinks.
