I ordered a chicken sandwich meal at Buffalo Wild Wings and was pretty disappointed. The portion of fries was noticeably small, especially for a sit down sports bar, and it felt like an afterthought on the tray. The chicken sandwich itself looked pathetic and taste fell flat. The breading was dry and lacked any flavor. For the price of the meal it didn’t deliver on value or taste. The service was great and we didn’t have a single problem with that.

I’m not gonna leave a 1star because I try to be fair. This location is usually always a 5star. Atmosphere, food, management was all 5 stars today. However service from the to go specialist was a 1star. I always order online to get points and exclusives and my wife always follows with a phone call to request it be made fresh out of the last 5 times doing so 4/5 it was made fresh. Which is why we do so. But instead of asking if I wanted silverware with my order the to go specialist educated me on how the food comes out is the best they can do so we don’t need to call everytime. Definitely was rude. And she lacks hospitality.
UPDATE-came back today and ate inside. The same togo specialist that we had a problem with ran out appetizers out for us. Took our dirty plates away. And offered us a refill. She totally redeemed herself. The server got upset at her for getting us a refill. But I think that’s outstanding service from a togo specialist and shows a lot of hospitality. So maybe I caught her on a bad day before. But I take back what I said on the original review and would recommend this location.

Came in yesterday around 2pm.when things are very slow. I sat at the bar and asked to try an ipa before ordering a tall. The bartender said he couldn’t, but would ask a manager. The manager came over and said they couldn’t because “it’s policy” not to give tasters. You know if I ordered a tall, they would say “its policy ” to charge me too because I ordered it. Well, I hadn’t been to a buffalo wild wings in years since I thought they weren’t that good and over priced, but decided to give them another shot. I wasted my time. The manager screwed his business out of 60 dollars in sales and his bartender out of a 15 dollar tip in the slowest time period for any restaurant. I walked out of there and crossed the street to eat at Texas roadhouse where I had great service and spent 60 bucks and tipped my bartender 15. Texas Toadhouse guaranteed I will happily be back while BWW made sure I won’t. As somebody who loves restaurants and bars that has served, bartender, cooked, and been general manager of them, this place is being managed by buffoons

Today, it wasn’t very busy at all. We got a seat right away. Service was fast and easy. Decent size menu with plenty of options.
The ultimate sampler appetizer was alright. I thought the nachos were lacking something. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were good.
The bacon burger was awesome! I really enjoyed it. Very filling and flavorful. The tots with cheese, onions, and bacon were a good add-on as well.
The boneless wings were ok. I found that BW3 wings have been lacking recently.

Staff was friendly and attentive. I come here for the ppv fights not the food. This sentiment was reinforced again this visit. The cheese curds were missing the southwest sauce. On the boneless wings I ordered two different flavor sauces but only received one. Though I might as well have ordered none because they were basically dry. But again, it’s more about the fights not the food. Service was great.

I come from Springfield to this location because that one sucks and is wildly inconsistent. Never had an issue here and 20 years. Keep it up.
