Always good. Best staff ever. So sweet. So fast. Today did was a not as promised. Pictures and cashier told me this new loaded omlet biscut was full of sausage, bacon and cheese. Open my sandwhich and i thought it was just a biscut. Open further and the pictures will show you what i found. Not good for a new promo iteam At all. Very disappointed.

I used to go to Tavares Hardee’s. It was a bit run down but I always went because the manager Adrianna was always so pleasant and always got my order hot and fresh unlike a lot of other fast food places that would serve me old food. I found out she is no longer at that location and now is here at Leesburg I will be coming here if she continues to stay. Always gets my food correct with no issues. Thanks!!

Awful service yesterday Thursday 5-23-2024 at Hardee’s Leesburg, FL. The worker that took my order was a different lady that handed me my food. The lady that took my order was taking drive thru orders and front counter. She’s was an older black lady that obviously can’t multi task. She rung my order up wrong and charged me for the wrong item which cost more. I asked the black girl at the drive thru window what the difference in price and she said I paid the cheaper price. That was a lie because I went back to the drive thru window and I paid more. So I went into the restaurant and the manager is a old skinny black lady that look like a crack head and she was doing a million thinks like cooking on the grill making sandwiches and so on but she keeping telling me to wait honestly I don’t think she knew how to work the register to process a refund. Hardee’s need competent employees it’s not hard it’s fast food! Horrible customer service!

Food was not good. Im not a picky eator by any means but you would think if they are going to charge 18$ for a burger it would be at the very least decent. The sign reads 13$ for the meal however the price when I ordered was almost 19$. For just a burger with fries and a tea. This is a fast food restaurant not a 5 star restaurant. They will not last much longer.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!! For a bacon cheeseburger (medium) meal was $17.56 and thats why people cannot afford to take the family out to eat at a fast food restaurant and that was the price for just 1 person lol; so sad save your money and go to Chili’s and get a 3 for me smash burger for $10.99 and u get a delicious smash burger with fries and a side salad or soup and a drink for $10.99

I’m a little disappointed with this visit. The service was great, but food quality was horrible. Sloppy. Luke warm. Burger was tasteless. Roast beef was cold and bland. Fries were good. Averaged 7-8 minutes in drive thru. Order was almost correct. They forgot the onions on the Roast beef sandwich. Condiments and napkins were in the bag. Prices comparable to other fast food restaurants in the area.

A friend has been at uf hospital for weeks, so i find myself eating cafeteria or hardees. There are a couple more mature ladies that work in the morning, very nice. The young girls that take over in the afternoon are rude. Rude, rude, rude! Today we only wanted a milkshake. Ordered at speaker, she talks very quietly and traffic is loud. So i drove up. We sat at the window for 5 minutes. Nobody came. So we drove back around. Then we went back, counted out exact change, including a dollar in quarters. She told me i was still short. The whip cream was melting, bc she obviously had a problem with us today, i don’t know why. I took my money back and left. Good food, but WAY over priced, and much of your crew are rude.

I am posting this from the parking lot at 9:47 pm. They close at 10 pm, I pulled up at 9:45 and the lady informed they had turned everything off for the night and that she’s “sorry.” It was a heavier set black lady. I hope ownership see’s this before they continue to miss out on sales. 3 cars including myself have driven thru and its not 10 pm yet.
