They are remodeling so only drive thru right now. I ordered 4 chicken fries and 4 jalapeno poppers. Slow drive thru with 2 cars before me. It was really good! I’ve never been impressed with the oroville BK, but this time it was yummy.

Had a great experience at Burger King. After the self service kiosk rejected the order, the staff stepped up and entered our order our way. We used the coupon as the economics of California policy has made eating fast food nearly unaffordable.

Food was the same but even cheap burgers aren’t cheap anymore I don’t like the new kiosk check-in and most of the people there didn’t know how to use it, I’m not completely unable to use technology but I didn’t get the lunch I thought I was ordering with either. The front person/manager kept telling people she would come help them ( an older lady) but they were understaffed so it was mostly wishful thinking.
Update!!! On my next visit I used the kiosk, order my burger and believe it or not got charged $2 for ketchup,mayo, onion and pickles..$2 , not a misprint and you can check the photos below

Quality of food has gone down. I ordered 2 Whooper Jr meals. My Whooper Jr looked like a regular hamburger with pickles. Has the BK service & food gone downhill that much??!! Literally no customers in the lobby, they cannot be that busy to mess up my order!!

The manager on duty seemed very scattered, though the other staff was calm,. All
the orders I observed being served took a very long time and 4 different customers had to ask for their orders to be corrected as I waited 15 extra minutes to get a chicken sandwich to go with my long awaited whoppers, which I finally asked for while they made the chicken sandwich. The place is clean but there is no evidence of a place to dry your hands in the restrooms, neither were napkins provided with the meals, and I seriously almost went behind the counter to get my own drink cup after asking the manager for it 3 times. Overall, I’ve never seen a more poorly operated burger king. But the kids working there were very nice and helpful, so it was hard to see why the basics could not be covered. Strange place in a strange town, maybe it’s just Oroville, CA.

Placed my order in store with a employee. I paid, waited for my order. Got home and I had only one burger when I ordered 2. Tried calling the store but call ended each time after several rings. With the prices they charge they could at least get the order right and answer the damned phone. Would give no stars but thst option does not exist. Not going g back.

For the last several years this Burger King in Oroville is the slowest and worst. Not only do I need to remember to record next time to show proof but 99% of the time they’re not only out of one thing but multiple things at least five things. On top of that without exaggerating if there’s three cars ahead of you in line you’re waiting for at least 30 minutes for your food so anything above her one car ahead of you you’re not getting your food with an even 15 minutes. It’s ridiculous

Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through with only a few cars in front of me. Figured I’d at least have hot food by the time I get home right up the street. My croissants were cold and had to microwave them. This place needs to get it’s act together. Idk how they’re even still around.
