I ordered through Uber Eats and received undercooked chicken, which is a serious food safety issue. I tried resolving it through Uber Eats, but they either didn’t respond or said they couldn’t receive my message. After disputing the charge with my bank due to no resolution, Uber Eats blocked my account and said I couldn’t use it unless I paid them the $90.14. Completely unacceptable handling of a legitimate complaint.

I just had the most unpleasant encounter with a Supervisor by the name “Luz”… I ordered through ubereats- bag came stapled sealed. I explained I was missing the 5.49 cent mac & cheese. I told her I receieved everything else- including the sauces. This woman said I lied “because she checked the camera”…. huh???? I provided the ticket number and told her the female picked my order- her response? I dont know what youre talking about only men has been coming to get deliveries here (mind you, she was watching the “camera”) she told me to take it up with Ubereats. I explained they only deliver, someone missed an item. I then asked her for a credit- she said “fine get it today or tomorrow cause credits are 24 hours”.. i explained i wake up at 3am for work and its not as easy to just get up and go. I asked for her name and told her id send my brother tomorrow since he drives around that way for work…. uncooperative yet again she HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! Horrible customer service & definitely dont appreciate being called a liar. I want someone from cooperate review the footage and I want a formal apology!!!

I had ordered food on DoorDash and my Dasher tampered with my food and also stole my drink. I made my way over to the restaurant and let them know about my situation and they were so kind and so understanding they replaced my whole order and gave me my drink. These two people were luz and Soraya. Thank you so much to them 100% customer service. i’m sorry if i butchered the names

The manager Luz always has a nasty attitude towards me too the point now I don’t even want to interact with her. I’m even getting charged for sauce when I ask saying it’s a policy. The workers here need to do better when interacting with customers

Young black woman was very professional when noticing I was angry at the drive thru window. However drive thru should be prioritized like it is at every other establishment. Nobody is sitting in an empty line wasting gas when I ordered online and my stuff should’ve been done already! Wasn’t nothing but 3 pieces of chicken! Can’t speak for nobody else there though.

I went sat in line for 20 mins I order the deal they have with the chicken and 2 sides… I get home and open my food to feed my daughter and it was a bug on my food I closed it back quick because the bug look like it jumps … I open it and it was some green bug in box .. never again ! No I did not go back for refund or anything . I live on the other side of town. This just happen 10:25pm Eastern time. I most likely will report this and file a suit if something isn’t done.

Here’s my situation I placed the order for tenders, ghosts pepper wings, mashed potato, french fries instead I only got french fries as a side order instead of my Second side order called and spoke to someone named Rob. They advised me to come back down there and they were gonna assist me Had to burn gas drive all the way down town Patterson again ask if I can at least get a complementary chicken for making it all the way home and coming back and also a pack of the Popeyes signature sauce unfortunately he was only accommodating with the one piece of chicken, but wasn’t able to accommodate me with the sauce at the end of the day. It’s not like I was asking back for my gas money. I advised them I’m not gonna argue. I will just come up here and write my review. Next time, please make sure you guys check the bags

Tried several times and the service is always terrible. Bad attitude employees and the orders are never right. Food tasted fine but becomes questionable at this location. They also charge for each individual sauce even for the tenders. This is the only location that ive ever had issues and the rest around the area have been fine.
