had a disappointing experience here. My drive-through order was about $34, and when I got home the chicken nuggets were overcooked and rock hard. I had to drive all the way back because they were not edible.
When I returned, the first employee I spoke with was dismissive and would not let me explain the situation or speak to a manager. The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational. Only after insisting did the manager step in, listen, and remake the order.
I appreciate the manager resolving it, but the initial customer service was poor and made an already inconvenient situation worse.

The food is pretty accurate and as expected
Love the new mini taco salad and the avocado chicken quesadillas and the supreme nacho dip!
The area around the location is always a little disheveled.
The cleanliness of the outside and lack of landscaping is typical of the area I guess

I really like Taco Bell’s food when made well. This location has always been hit or miss, but I am pretty sure we both got food poisoning from it when we went here recently. Our food (drive through) looked like it was picked up off the floor. 2 soggy tiny crunchwraps both falling apart, 1 with a hole like someone stuck their finger through it etc. Hard tacos that tasted like rancid oil in a previous visit. It grosses me out to think of what might have been in the food we ate. On top of it all it’s really expensive. I am over this place.

Couldnt be bothered to put the avocado ranch dressing in my two and my partners two burritos so we had no dressing in them….is it that hard? At least put it in a cup at the side for people to put in themselves at that point rather than none at all. Not even worth the drive anymore.

This Taco Bell always disappoints. I was super busy at work today and didn’t get a chance to eat anything so I decided to stop on my way home to I wouldn’t have to cook. Forgot multiple toppings on my nachos and I didn’t notice until I got home:(

A standard Taco Bell with nice customer service at night and decent food for those late night cravings. However, we ordered two combos that included corn chips and cinnamon twists and they both taste like old burnt oil, similar to the smell I get from working at another fast food joint nearby. I would definitely suggest reviewing with the cooks on how to filter, change and dispose the oil. Otherwise, the staff there is very polite and it seemed like they were having a busy night.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff that worked January 17th, 2026 around 6-6:30 move like zombies and never said a word to me the whole 11 minutes I was waiting there. I’ll never go there again unless staff changes.

We placed a door dash pick up way ahead of time and when it was ready went to pick it up through drive thru. When we went to the window “Jade” said we had to pick it up inside even though it was a online order we ordered through door dash. She didnt tell us at the speaker but waited till we drove to the window to tell us. I am a manager for a fast food place and its not that hard to grab the order and hand it through drive thru if it has already been made. There wasn’t anybody behind us, then she wouldn’t come upfront to verify the order we received when we went inside and basically ignored us for no reason? So we had to grab the order we thought was ours. Never had that issue before.

Kylie did such a great job. She smiled and greeted every customer that came in, and this is so rare these days. Just having a good attitude goes a long way toward giving the customer a great experience. Food was excellent as well, and the restaurant was clean. Give Kylie a raise though.
