We don’t normally go to Applebee’s, but I had a gift card, so we came up here to eat. It was dead, despite it being a Friday night, which should have been our first clue, but we got sat and waited for our server for several minutes. Eventually a very nice lady came over and took our drink and food order, and we got our appetizers. The queso was almost pure liquid and needed to be seasoned with salt and pepper to actually have flavor, our second disappointment of the night. Despite the fact that there was hardly anyone in the place, it took a long time for our entrees to come out, and when they did, it was the biggest disappointment of the night. The tomato sauce was little more than tomato paste, bland and tasteless, though the chicken Parmesan wasn’t bad other than that huge disappointment. My son got the steak, for an upcharge with the 2 for $25 by the way, and it was thin and bland and a little stringy, though at least cooked correctly. They were sadly out of broccoli due to a recall, so he got fries and he said that they had too much seasoning to the point that it was overwhelming. To top off our experience, our waitress hadn’t come to check on us at all since dropping off the food, so we had to just sit there and hope she would show up. No servers were on the floor at all, but one had come out a few times to check on his table and I asked him for my check. He got our waitress and we finally got to end our disappointing visit. A waste of $40, I would just stay at home, unless you like bland food.

My experience at Applebee’s was very disappointing. The young lady who served us gave extremely poor service. Even though there were not many people in the restaurant, she was very slow and hardly came to check on our table. She kept forgetting our food and drinks, and we had to keep asking for things.
The food was not good either. The chips were very oily and had a rubbery texture, which made them hard to enjoy.
Hope these reviews help out because they will be closing down again soon.
Overall, the service and food quality were unacceptable. I would honestly give this visit an **F**.

I didn’t know dinner at Applebee’s came with a free scavenger hunt, before we even dug in, my girlfriend discovered a hair in her food. Not exactly the garnish I was hoping for.
To be fair, the service was… fine. The server did their job and didn’t seem personally responsible for the surprise follicle, so I’ll give them that.
The food though? Rough. And the atmosphere had me feeling like I was waiting for something bad to happen the whole time. I don’t know if it was the lighting, the noise, or the general chaos, but my anxiety was doing jumping jacks from the moment I walked in.
Overall: If you’re looking for a place where your meal might come with a side of mystery hair and existential dread, this is your spot. If not… maybe try literally anywhere else.

My husband and I came to try this place out after they combined Applebees with Ihop! We ordered two of the parmesan garlic steaks and shrimp with garlic mash potatoes and steamed broccoli! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! And cooked to our liking of medium PERFECTLY! Service was great! Our waiter was Justin and He was extremely kind and attentive to us! The Manager even came to check on how our experience was! Just Top Notch! We will come again! Thank you Staff and Kicthen of Applebees and IHOP!

Ok I will be the first to give credit where credit is due, me and my little one went to the ALL NEW Applebee Grill and it was a great experience all the way around. I am a firm believer that the success of a business starts and ends with the people who work there. Hayden was our server and not only did he engage but he was spot on with his service. We will be back and hopefully we will have Hayden every time!

I ordered the chicken mexi bowl for pickup and they made it look very pretty. Unfortunately the bowl had old lettuce all through it. I had to pick off all the lettuce and the tortilla strips were stale as well. Won’t be ordering from this location again. YUCK!!!

Music was too loud for being able to talk for breakfast, coffee wasn’t hot, breakfast was good but delayed.
The day before everything was great. Except for the music. You should play calming more classic music and lower the volume for the breakfast crowd.

Tried the new trio for lunch and it was soooo hot and fresh! We were net with a smile by Marty and she was absolutely amazing!! Checked on us and took awesome care of our table. Andrea of course goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied and everything was so nice and clean! Will definitely be back!!

Waited 1 1/2 hours for food after being seated, watch 12 people come in after being there at least 30 minutes and got serve same meal as we ordered, food was not good, fried taste like it was cooked in old grease, my grandsons order a corn dog and fried which took 2 hours to get, we had a party of nine, two orders was breakfast pancakes eggs and bacon, absolutely will never go back again, once we got some of the food had to wait 15 minutes for silverware!

Recently reopened. Food was good, served hot and bubbly. Polite service, we had Makayla at the high top tables. We will come again for Breakfast. It did take a few minutes to get food but it was a totally full restaurant when we went.
