I wanted to give a shout out to the store on S. Laurel Rd in London, KY, especially the young lady working the counter, Katara. This team was working seamlessly during a snow storm to take care of there customers. Katara was slammed with customers and DoorDash pick ups from the moment we walked in the door, but she took care of everyone quickly and was as nice as could be. This staff deserves all the praise!

Went through Drive Thru at Wendy’s in London during lunch time. Ordered 2 Dave’s Doubles with cheese. One Cheeseburger was ordered with mayo ONLY. The other Cheeseburger was ordered with mustard ONLY. I had cashier check order to make sure she had it correct!! She had it correct!! When we got the cheeseburgers home and opened them… BOTH cheeseburgers had ketchup and mayo! BOTH! What good does it do to order a burger the way you want it…to find out…you get the burger they want you to have it! Wendy’s, I don’t care how busy you are… there’s more than one burger place in town that is happy to fix the burger the way I want it!!

We bought 3 burgers last night, I drew the short straw and got the raw one. 25 years ago I was served a raw buger at a different Wendy’s and got so sick I couldn’t eat it for 10 years. Having worked fast food as a teen I don’t understand how this can even happen unless their process is trash.

Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I work close and I frequent this location for lunch.
Food is always hot and fresh. Workers are polite and efficient. I’ve never had to wait long for my food. If your looking for fast food in the area, this is a great choice.

Shut it down. Burn it down. Just make it disappear. This Wendy’s is a public health hazard wrapped in apathy and served with a side of pest infestation. We stood there for over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment while the staff acted like paying customers were just background noise. Not a “hello,” not a “we’ll be with you”—just pure, sloppy indifference.
Then came the roach parade. One scurried across the kitchen floor like it was late for its shift, and another peeked out from under the soda machine like it was about to take our order. That’s when we had enough and walked out.
Best decision ever. We went right next door to 3volution BBQ, where the owner—a proud military veteran—runs a clean, welcoming, and absolutely delicious restaurant. Real food, real service, real pride.
Wendy’s should be embarrassed to operate next to a place that actually gives a damn. This location deserves a full health inspection and a permanent “closed” sign.

got breakfast here at the drive-thru and this was by far the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. all of the employees were so nice and the food was a 10/10. made well, hot, and delicious
