Best pizza in town. Staff was very friendly, and I can see why people come back here. Unique take on pizza. Very well done. This is a good time to ask that you support your local servers, bartenders, baristas, waitresses, waiters, cooks, busboys, cashiers, and general staff that work at local restaurants and businesses. It’s critical right now that we continue to support human workers in a climate of emerging machine labor and corporate cost cutting. Demand human workers wherever you go, order your food with a human. Skip the tap screen and speak to a person face to face. You will experience joy and fulfillment, I promise. Smile more and appreciate the hard work everyone is putting into creating an environment of friendship and cooperation. Tip them well and try to hand them that generous tip directly, it’s better for everyone, I promise. Get the spicy hot honey and drizzle that all over the cupped pepperoni. You will thank me later. 2 thumbs up, come out to Cary Illinois and check them out!

This pizza is what dreams are made of. Best I have ever had! I cannot wait to go back! 1st time here on Saturday…drove an hour to dine here. Awesome, friendly service. Ordered the Pizza City Fest. Loved the ricotta dollops. After reading the reviews, I thought the inside was bigger than expected. I would say this pizza is a pan hybrid. I would consider it pan and MAN does it have THE BEST crust. Had fun shopping the frozen section, th meats, and playing slots while waiting for my pizza.

Great joint that doubles as a butcher shop. Best pizza around, and honestly, some of the best pizza period. Menu is small, a salad option and pizza. What more could you want? Dough, sauce, and sausage all made in house. They’ll tell you about a couple pizza options that aren’t on the menu as well, such as the one pictured. Pizzas are made to order and take at least 30 minutes but are definitely worth the wait. Crack open a few while you wait. They have an extensive list of local and craft beer for all you IPA snobs. Excited to go back.

Hands down the best pizza in the area! Ever since Dave gave it a great rating on One Bite, it’s been absolutely packed — and for good reason. You definitely have to plan ahead now if you want to grab a pie, but it’s 100% worth the wait. Perfect crust, great flavor, and that classic neighborhood feel that’s getting harder to find. Uncle Jerry’s really lives up to the hype!

A snowy Tuesday in downtown Cary, Illinois was the perfect night to find the world’s best pizza at the warm and cozy Uncle Jerry’s. Sauce, crust, cheese, and sausage comprise a pizza made with intention by folks who know exactly what they’re doing. Nice bonus to shop the butcher counter while we waited as Joe our server checked in on us. We arrived at 4pm on the dot, got seated right away, and left a packed house!
(Oh, and Jerry, if you haven’t found a second location yet, please, please, please check out downtown Des Plaines. We’re on the same Metra line, and there’s a vacancy in a former Leona’s across from the station.)

This was our first time to Uncle Jerry’s. We are from the south side of Chicago but word of Uncle Jerry’s made its way down to us from a pizza review podcaster. Let’s just say we were not disappointed and will definitely make the long trek up to Cary to get this pizza again. We got half cheese, half pepperoni and sausage. It was so good! Crust is perfectly crisp and the sausage and pepperoni appeared and tasted like they were fresh and not store bought and cheap. We also ordered a small pepperoni and hot honey that we kept seeing everyone get and that was so good. We can see why it is a favorite. Sounds like an odd combo but it really works! They do not have any appetizers which I’m normally a person that likes wings with her pizza so I was slightly disappointed about that but it will not keep me from coming back! If you’ve never been and thinking of trying here definitely give it a try. Just go early if you want to dine in. It’s a small dining area and fills up very quick. Thank you Uncle Jerry’s, you have a couple new customers that will be back very soon!

Amazing pizza and terrific service in downtown Cary. We heard all the hype and drove the 45 minutes from our house to check it out. Very limited menu (besides a house salad all they have is pizza) but it’s the pizza you go for. Only about a dozen tables inside (3 are high tops). It shares space with a butcher/deli and has a bar with another dozen stools but I don’t think you can eat at the bar. Also three picnic tables outside. Our server Melissa was great. Get the pepperoni it’s the best I’ve ever had. The GOAT was also terrific (goat cheese, spinach and garlic). So yum!

I was a little hesitant to order tonight after seeing some recent negative reviews. I placed an order shortly after they opened. They answered right away and took the order quickly. I got a text when the pizza was ready which was 30 minutes after I placed the order. I will say it was difficult to find parking, I had to circle the block a few times. Other than that, it was a great experience! DELICIOUS pizza.
