We ate a group yesterday, when we asked for a table, the hottest put us all on one bill. Didn’t even ask before charging us the whole table on one bill, but did harass us about adding a tip before we were even seated. Fortunately cash apps exist for a reason, so we settled that amongst ourselves. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Only one stall in the women’s bathroom was usable. There was TP and paper towels everywhere. There were paper towels under the soap dispensers with pools of soap gathered so you could tell how infrequently the bathrooms are cleaned. I had my 3 month old with me and immediately decided I wasn’t taking her in there unless absolutely necessary. I’m a vegetarian and there appeared to be very little options and what possible options existed I had my doubts about trusting. The food I did eat tasted spoiled. Our drinks were never refilled despite asking multiple times and seeing staff sitting around. Overall, we left still feeling hungry, grossed out, and like our money was wasted.

First impression was a very snarky and rude woman at the front, and it only got worse from there. First that make you pay first which is fine but the price is DOUBLE any other Asian or Chinese buffet I have ever been to. And the experience was NOT worth that price at all. Another woman led my to the table and threw my utensils down and walked away. The chairs were falling apart, the tables were sticky and felt like the have never bee cleaned. The entire building smelled musty and old. Finally the food, oh god the food. A lot of it just straight up didn’t even look appetizing. Then you had dishes that looked okay but smelled just off, like something had gone bad. I thought hey maybe it tastes better than it looks and smells, and I can very confidently say that no it does not. The food that smelled off, tasted off and made me feel sick after just two bites. And the food that looked nasty just tasted bad and old. I would say the only edible thing was the deserts which I’m pretty sure they buy from somewhere. Over all…..

The food is absolutely amazing, I recommend the salmon. The staff are very polite, but also very direct in their role of service for you.
My only real quarrel is that somebody needs to clean their ceiling. If you have allergies, beware of the dust bunnies on the ceiling. It looks like no one has ever cleaned it since they opened. To be fair, it’s a vaulted ceiling.

I don’t know how this place has got such a low overall score…. I got here for lunch around noon. And everything was frikkin amazing. Crab delight with the cheese, low mein, sweet n sour chicken, spring rolls, crab Rangoon, the sushi. Desert must haves, pudding, their cakes weren’t dry! The strawberry covered bananas were good! The food was well worth what I paid. I leave stuffed and happy

Food was bad, service wasn’t good and what place doesn’t have any sauce? I understand we also did go in closer to close but I couldn’t even use their restroom bc they had cleaned it and the entire bathroom was soaking wet. Just very dissatisfied.

Food is iffy… Open buffet is nice but they don’t keep up with refilling empty trays. Price is good, but you get what you pay for. They do not clean their shrimp in any of their meals (preference). The workers at the sushi bar are very rude!
I picked up an oyster today at the buffet, brought it home and found something that should be removed before cooking disgusting. (Photos)

I have been to this buffet so many times in the past. My grandmother used to come here for her birthday. I dont know what happened, but it was disgraceful. A group of three costed $56.99 for the worst food I’ve ever been served. The lo mein was noodle mush, like soggy ramen; The honey, sweet and sour, general tsos, and teriyaki chicken were all old and hard; The crab rangoon looked like a man’s package and tasted worse than one. Within 5 minutes of entering, we were scurrying towards the door to get a refund. The women at the front desk asked us what was wrong and suggested they could remake the food… the food being half their menu. We declined and said we’d rather go. They proceed to lie to me and say that the “refund was processed and you’ll receive it in 1-2 business days”. The only problem with that is WE PAID IN CASH. They looked like a deer in headlights. They scrambled to find our receipt, which they actually never did despite us coming in just 5 minutes earlier. Unprofessional, disgusting food, and ridiculously expensive for the tragic quality. I will never be back and encourage everyone to do the same. I should’ve taken pictures smh
