I called taco bell about my black beans and the person who answered the phone said that this is the standard portion of black beans. $2.19 for this! I’ve ordered black beans multiple times from taco bell and it’s always served in this container and it’s normally twice, if not three times the amount. Whatever, taco bell. Also, I just took a bite. Those are disgusting. They taste old and have a funky flavor to them. Again, I’ve ordered these in the past and they were fine. Today they are DISGUSTING.

I was so disappointed with my order. After waiting in line nearly 40 minutes, on to get home and find my order was horribly put together. Then to drive back to the store, waiting in line another 45 minutes and the manager says he will only remake part of my order. I said I wasn’t returning to this store because my last experience was bad. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone…

Last night we went to taco bell in benton off military road. This is literally the 4th time in row they have messed up on our order. My wife and I ordered about $30 worth of food. We get home and part of our order is missing, the burritos are just thrown together, one of the chicken Flatbread has no chicken or sauce in it. Hardly got any cheese in my cup for the nachos. And it was all cold. I live two minutes from there, really. It’s not hard to take an order, make it correctly and be done. I wasn’t going to make a post. But 4 times now and they never fix their mistakes when we call to complain. This location needs a severe re training.

The last two times I have been to this location has been awful. The first time there were 3 people two guys one girl. Two of them all over kissing making out in the drive thru window. Then this time one of the same guys. Extremely rude. Food is awful service took a while. Time was nothing it was the fact I spent $20 on two meals to get poor food and poor service. Tried calling to explain guy didn’t want to hear it so will be visiting the general manager. Ordered the double grilled cheese boxes this is what I got with the excuse there is only two people here. I’ve ran a restaurant by myself and wouldn’t give out food like this.

Went through drive thru and found that an item was missing from my bag. Called and spoke to the manager (Paul) who was extremely rude, told me I was wrong and refused to give me the GMs name to report him. He even hung up on me. I have reported him

Night shift really sucks… only day shift is even good. Even night managers are terrible. I seriously just found hair in my food. It’s embedded into my food. It’s disgusting.
