As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The $4.00 meal deal the double cheese burger is Nasty as hell . I don’t know what I was eating…definitely did not taste like beef.
I would’ve taken it back but it was just $4 and it’s a long drive for me .
The only thing that’s good at checkers is the desserts and fries that’s it.
I hope I don’t get sick from this ..

This was my first time at Checkers and 100% my last. The service was absolutely horrible, the burgers were beyond greasy, and the fries were literally soaked in oil—to the point where they were completely inedible. It felt like eating a cup of oil instead of food. To make it even worse, we asked for ranch and had the nerve to charge us for it (FOR ONE SINGLE SAUCE). I will never recommend this place to anyone. Eating here is a total rip-off and a complete waste of money.

The service was super slow and one of the employees charged my card for the wrong order. I had to wait an extra ten minutes just to get a refund for the wrong order and to swipe my card a second time for the right order. In the end, the employees were extremely nice to me and apologized for the inconveniences. The food was great though! I tried the mango slushie and I loved the mango pieces that were in it. The mother cruncher chicken sandwich is super delicious, I would recommend it.

checkers can charge you for cheese but they don’t deduct anything off of the fact that they don’t have all the toppings that supposed to be on the burger. I’m trying to get a classic burger and they say it comes with ALL toppings, but when I list ALL the toppings it’s to come with, I’m told some of them are out. You’re running a business, you run out of tomatoes but still charge for a full Burger that’s supposed to come with it. Essentially I would have gotten a burger with missing items and they wouldn’t have told me otherwise. Lady at the window say they can’t control it which I completely understand & I was being very cordial but I can tell she was starting to have an attitude so I just told her as she wouldn’t look at me and turned away as she spoke. Told her I didn’t want HER to get mad and she was just like okay and closed the window on me. Customer service is severely lacking these days.. but who cares right? A customer gets upset, & complain.. it doesn’t matter because we continue to order & support the business and they continue making money so why bother making improvements. I’m a stickler for reviews and although I know not all of them are valid if a business has a low score based on their company and no one from the companies responds or tries to make it right with the customer that’s a problem but when you’re a large food chain, it doesn’t matter. but it matters to me and even though it may not do anything I’m still going to come on here and make my thoughts be known. should have stayed at home, save money and made my own burger like I normally do versus eating this garbage anyways

That female employee at windows needs to be coached!! I’m never had such rude experience at any fast food restaurant. I went there at 9:15 pm. Her attitude was outrageous, I don’t think she should be interacting with customers due to her nasty attitude. She didn’t even give me my receipt overall worst experience I’ve ever had in any fast food restaurant and checkers is my favorite place to visit which was very much an inconvenience for me.

Their 5 for 5 meal deal is an absolute scam. It shows right on the website it comes with an apple pie and a cheese DOUBLE or SPICY CHICKEN sandwich. But you order it and they tell you it doesn’t come with a pie, the burger is a single, and the chicken sandwich is actually barbecue. What are they doing? And if it doesn’t come with an apple pie then it’s not 5 for 5 it’s 4 for 5. A drink, fries, burger, and chicken bites is four items.

Sat in line for 1 hour 10 mins on Christmas, since it was the only thing open That was fun. The drive thru menu is completely automated- you never talk to an actual human. That was a first for me. Can’t hold Christmas against them, because stores are short-staffed and it was a holiday, but service is always slow here. Be prepared to wait a while.
