I stopped to get gas and use the restroom on my way between South Carolina and South Georgia. This was the absolute nastiest, filthiest bathroom I might’ve ever been in in public. I tried to contact the company and complain, but I’m not sure that I would ever go back. This was part of a Spring gas station.

Tried the new Chicken Big Mac, not very good. Too much of that thousand island sauce on it. Very messy. I placed my order on screen it added up my totals and I paid with a card. Then when order came I was missing several items. Had to wait in line again to find out that they were out of those items. Why couldn’t they tell me when they brought out order? Were they hoping that I wouldn’t notice? They were busy and having same problem with other customers. It seemed like they could use some more guidance.

Poor service- employees acted like they were being inconvenienced when we asked for food that was on our receipt that we weren’t given. We ordered two different burgers with bacon, neither one had bacon. Service was slow. They were also out of straws

The service was absolutely trash. I was waiting for my food forever. As I’m standing there was a lady that said you’ve been waiting forever and then told me her daughter’s the manager. The lady said something and then my order became important. There was no ice out on the floor so you had to ask stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Just absolutely ridiculous.

This place is by far the nastiest place ive ever been in. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The employees are incredibly rude! I took these photos shortly after they opened, and it’s unacceptable for it to be this dirty. To make matters worse, employees were standing around on their phones instead of attending to their duties. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate and the health department to report this. The lack of sanitation is alarming and needs to be addressed.
