Ordered over a hundred dollars of food for my guest and when I arrived the chicken was burnt and inedible, potatoes were salty and all this place said was there was nothing they can do about the burnt chicken because it came out of the fryer that way. If I would have had enough time to take back the half ate food with all the chicken that was inedible then I would have taken it back. Horrible burnt chicken and over salted potatoes with terrible customer service. What happened to the quality of Shakeys !?!? Never again, a waste of money

“This was a terrible experience. A manager began yelling at me publicly simply because of a misunderstanding about the salad you cannot make a second trip she yelled STOP!!!!!! There is absolutely no excuse for a manager to humiliate a customer—it was unprofessional and unacceptable. Every table was dirty. They all stare at you when you get up to get something. Every table was dirty employees are lazy. The only good thing the food arrived very fast the pizza is okay
This terrible service was compounded by confusing, restrictive policies: I couldn’t get ranch dressing or straws myself. The atmosphere was also very strange, with the TVs loudly playing an obscure knock off MLB baseball game from Alabama, making the visit deeply cringe and uncomfortable and strange they couldn’t play something else? The restrooms have seen better days I don’t even want to describe it. And there was a homeless couple by the outside window kissing, I had to see that while eating. The whole experience was a nightmare I won’t come back at all

My wife placed an online order and the food was unappetizing, pizza seemed thrown together, chicken was tough burnt and it was all extremely salty. Shakeys used to be good, used to be… Definitely not worth it anymore.

I love Shakey’s Pizza. Almost all locations do not carry the California Pizzarito which is a shame. My home Shakey’s in El Monte does. What makes this parlor a winner is that I found something wonderful–the arcade Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles can be found here!!!

Extremely busy. If you order online you don’t have to wait in line. Just go to the side and give your name. It takes longer than they say. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:07. 6:20 I’m still waiting. Lacking in customer service.
