Every time I order DoorDash from here the order is wrong Ive ordered more then 5 times. I’m done at this point I’m convinced they can’t read a screen or comprehend how to run the door dash machine at this point just remove yourself from DoorDash. I ordered taco salad Cinnabon pull aparts and a reg chicken sandwich combo
They gave me spicy chicken sandwich which my pregnant wife can’t eat .
No taco salad gave me a burger
As well forgot Cinnabon pull aparts with my dasher asking if it was correct.
This is the last time I’m done maybe re train staff or don’t do it at all. I hope this reaches your district manager and regional cause this is why your score on door dash is 3.8 and on google as well.

On my receipt, it says that the host’s name is Kimberly. My total for my food item was $5.88. I gave her $6.00 in cash. She proceeded to give me back 1 dime…Keep in mind that the change is 0.12. Instead of not giving a customer their full change amount, she should have stated that they were out of pennies or maybe she just couldn’t count.

I’ve been here five different times, and every single visit has been a bad experience. The staff consistently has a bad attitude and makes you feel like you’re bothering them just by ordering.
Almost every time something is missing from the order—usually sauces, but even basic things like straws or napkins are often forgotten. These are simple details that shouldn’t be an issue at a fast-food restaurant.
The location feels disorganized and poorly managed, and no one seems to care when mistakes happen. For a Wendy’s inside Carowinds, this level of service is unacceptable.
I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location at all.

Placed a mobile order and was missing two items. Went inside there were 4 other customers waiting on missing food. The manager put in a replacement order for the items however it took almost 20 minutes for the items to be made and were not correct. 30 minutes of waiting and 10 extra items that were made incorrectly while waiting in the parking lot for the staff to correct our meals.

I never leave bad reviews, but this Wendy’s location has pushed me to my limit. I don’t even eat fast food often — Wendy’s is my one exception — and I’ve been to locations all across the U.S. I’ve never experienced anything this consistently disappointing.
I’ve lived in the area for over a year, and every single time I’ve tried to order a taco salad, they’re out of something — either the chili, the lettuce, or both. Once, I was even told to “come earlier in the day before they run out,” which is ridiculous. How do you repeatedly run out of core ingredients for one of your menu items?
Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a taco salad through DoorDash, paid full price, and they sent everything except the lettuce. A taco salad… with no lettuce. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times, but no one ever answers.
This location is clearly being mismanaged, and I’m genuinely disappointed. Do better, Wendy’s.

Love me some Wendy’s!!! Great Chicken Sandwiches, freshly made hot fries, and their Soda Machine dispenses me whatever concoction I desire. One of the Soda Machines was pretty empty but that would he from high usage. Other one was well stocked. Service took 15 minutes which was way, way too long!!!!!
Staff was quick and friendly. I used the app to speed up my order as the line was long – it’s located next to Carowinds so is a very busy Wendy’s.

Really dirty place. There were cigar ashes all over the bathroom. All of the toilets were nasty. My food was lukewarm at best. One guy was standing there for 30 minutes waiting on a DoorDash order. They put the saddest piece of lettuce on my burger. Sucks that it’s right next to an amusement park and it’s in this condition.

They don’t even deserve a star. The service here is horrible not to mention the food. Was told they were out of a lot of stuff and was asked if they could sub a fried chicken breast for the grilled chicken on my Cobb salad. This is what I got. This breast should have been pulled hours ago. I also got my granddaughter a kids meal, the fries were old, the only reason the nuggets were fresh is because they had to drop them, my mom got a jr bacon cheese burger and the bread was old. I didn’t even complain about the other problems with the order, I only wanted a refund for the salad. When I pulled back up to the window because the inside was closed due to staffing, the light skin chick with the dreads walked off from the window, and left us their for about 5 minutes. Not to mention I was told I couldn’t receive a refund because I paid in cash instead of my card (due to them having a lot of stealing at this location) was told I’ll have to wait til Monday. Not to mention the unprofessionalism by the GM “Tina” who refused to give her last name.
Avoid this Wendy’s, don’t waist your time!!!

We stopped to get food real quick cause we were in the area and it was absolutely disgusting. The tea is NOT tea, i feel like they don’t clean the containers when they are done using them after each shift. I got no condiments with my food and the cheese burger tasted like it was 3 days old. This place should get new management or shut down completely. A huge waste of money.
